Very clean, super helpful staff and good well done food. The restaurants that you can book were fantastic and the rooms were very tidy. Alcohol selection is wide although not the greatest in terms of quality (even for premium members). Beaches are kept clean and service is fast I would definitely recommend.

This is a very old resort. Best part of resort are reserved for club members so not accessible for regular guests. Don't be fooled by pictures. The booking system for a la cart restaurants is not working so you cannot use any of those restaurants. The receptionist refuse to reserve you any it should be through broken application.

Most of the staff are nice and try to make your stay pleasant. The food is so so.
There is no can soda, beer or water in your mini fridge in the room.

Maybe this is the new norm after pandemic since my last trip to the resort in this area was very different.

The location is top notch. With security gates to enter the area, a huge neighborhood type with houses and resorts.
The resort itself is pretty big with many amenities. The room itself, a basic room, was not all that great but it's a vacation. Not there to be in the room but when you are it's nothing fancy. The shower is nice but the water is as salty as the ocean.
Overall a great place in a great location with great friendly staff.

Rooms are not well maintained, restaurants and other facilities seem fine. Food was average 3 to 4 star Mexican all-inclusive in that area. Beach by the resort was not too narrow with lots of palm trees providing enough shades. There are shows with various themes every night in the week, besides the usual singing and dancing, the Mexican cultural and acrobatics show were spectacular, also backed by the resort based dancers which was a great team.

Only reason I’m leaving a review, Antonio at the pool bar deserves it. AMAZING. I cannot rave about him enough. As well as the gentlemen at the sports bar. They truly made our stay the best. Room service was also great. Food and drinks were enjoyable, it is an all inclusive so I don’t know why some expect 5 star meals. Overall, the employees made this a 5 star review! Even though it is all inclusive, please don’t forget to take care of the employees that provide a service. They work extremely hard. Sole reason why I will be back. 10/10 customer service!

I like this location! Didn't want to stay at resort all the time this time.so choose here.felt very safe inside gated community. Not to far from downtown also nice shopping and coffee places across from. Walked to downtown on way to get steps in then took cab back.like 100 pesos.8 us.nice walk in the morning time... Maya ruin on the way.. Nice place to stop over!! I will stay here or around here if i want to go out not just relax in the resort.
Food are ok. Will get bored of buffet after few days.. But I'm not so interested of huge meal and regular intermittent fasting person.Mexican restaurant was my favorite.you could have healthy meal depending on how you choose.
No coffee maker in the room was my huge disappointment.
Loved adult pool side with little extra fees. Quiet and huge room.
It was nice with the price.
We stayed high end resort usually but over eating and drinking...this was very different experience. Very active and energized fun trip.

The hotel is fine. Really the people and staff are kind and our rooms were cleaned well. The food was average to good. Just a couple of concerns:
*the amount of seaweed in the water really is not expected. The water was murky.
*it is close to Playa Del Carmen. For 150 pesos (15 US dollars) you can get a cab to check out the scene
*shows at night were great
*rooms are not as shown. Some are great - and some are really small (you hit the bed when you enter). It is luck of the draw
* »Environmental Tax » is a surprise at checkout. This is on top of a new exit tax out of Mexico. Expect to pay and pay again.
*the beach has lots of vendors. They are kind. Be kind.
*tip daily and everyone
*bring lots of small bills. The exchange pretends not to have any
*the viva app does not work to book any restaurants. You must go to guest services which is a frustrating waste of time.
*pool has A LOT of people and no caps. Be prepared to swim in pee
*Jellyfish in water stung - probably hidden in the seaweed.
Overall we had a good time. Sadly, I can’t see myself coming back to this location because the water was really not nice for what you pay for. Have fun!
