If you are a party guy some rooms have loud music in the day. So If you want silence ask for something on the street side. The street side rooms have no place for work but they are good for vacation. Staff was friendly, moved us to king suite with a little extra charge and the suite is a very nice clean luxury place with a lot of space, full kitchen and even a washing machine inside. Good ventilation because of double balcony and fresh air without needing A/C. The suite is a perfect place for working and long term stays. Hotel overall is very clean and close to everything in flip-flop walking distance.

The hotel is beautifull, the zone is very nice,the staff is very kind.
The pool is open until 10:00 PM I think.
My reason for the 2 starts are: I was there for 6 days and I had hot water to take a shower just one night, they never fixed and the staff just continue to push the fix to the next day in a kind way.
No to parking available and they don`t give any facility to park.
Is a expensive hotel and don`t include breakfast.
In our rooms, the bedroom and the bathroom are continuous, without separation, as if it were a motel.

Really nice boutique hotel. I enjoyed my overnight experience, good for short stays. Front desk attendants are sweet but not available at all times, hard to message. I do recommend and will stay here again.

Amazing spa!!! Love the sauna and the steam room, plus you can get a relaxing massage after or before!!! Great place to be pampered!! Great receptionist I think her name is Zammatha she was really helpful with everything ☺️☺️????????????

a basic hotel, you are welcomed by a security where you do not immediately feel safe. a friendly greeting from the receptionist, this if you find them of course, especially towards the late hours. you enter an uninviting restaurant/bar where you will see staff sitting undisturbed looking at their mobile phone/laptop and giving the feeling that they don't like being there. in this restaurant you will be able to have breakfast very late (from 9 am) and from a VERY limited menu. the rooms are at least clean, the beds small for a double bed. nothing more to say about it. the rooftop bar / swimming pool was unsociable, here too staff who showed no interest in their work, if you found them of course, constant electronic music in the background with knocking and sawing of the construction works in the building next door. you don't want to sit here all day. ABOUT THE SAFETY IN THE HOTEL. Plya del carmen and all of México are not known for being safe, but since you see several patrols on the street you would think they have it under control. An incident at the hotel happened on the penultimate night of our stay. at 1 am a very loud constant knocking started, there was shouting. we thought there might be urgent work to be done, so let it go. if this continues and gets worse we thought something else was going on . we tried to contact the reception but there was no answer. hotel was full so we thought, there must be someone who calls the police. in the two hours that this lasted we did not see any police from our window. we thought there was security. this lasted for 2 hours and the calm had returned. didn't sleep much that night. the next morning i went to the front desk to ask what was going on. they knew nothing about it and went to look at the camera images and give us more information. During the day I asked several times but did not receive a proper explanation. till now i don't know if our lives were in danger or not but i didn't feel safe anymore. I don't come here anymore.

CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL! THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL WHERE I'VE BEEN.

The bathroom is disgusting!
We arrived late on our first day, there was no hot water! The air conditioning unit or the machinery operating the pool was buzzing unconsciously, it was impossible to sleep! The receptionist transferred us to another room where we could stay for two days. We discussed the time to move in, and when we got back to the hotel sooner, our room was different. OUR STUFFS, DOCUMENTS, BAGS, CLOTHES, ALL OUR MONEY WERE NEVER! Unbeknownst to us, they packed our stuff sooner than the agreed move time and moved it to another room, which was much cheaper and in worse condition than what we paid for! HAS THIS SERIOUSLY HAPPENED? we didn't believe it! There are no words for that.

The hotel room is dirty, the towels are ragged - stained, the bedding is dirty, the internet is stuttering, the door opener card was broken twice in 8 days.
There is no hot water for a long time, if there is - no water! The hotel is constantly buzzing at night, so you can't relax. Instead of 0-24, the reception only has a night porter who can’t help you with anything.
I do not recommend to anyone! There is no answer or compensation for errors! Bad hotel experiences ruin your travel experience !!! ????
