Cecile, Victoria and team are incredible and our 2 day stay here couldn't have been better. The ambiance of the whole place is so comforting and the SushiClub restaurant next door is a perfect companion. Beds were so comfortable, definitely book the room with a tub. A super relaxing experience for our first time in Playa Del Carmen.

We just got home from our 4 night stay at Beplaya. It was so amazing, everyone there was so sweet and accommodating. We ended up cancelling our stay in tulum and added a night here. Best decision ever. The breakfast, location and roof top pool are great! My only complaint would be that the free drink they give at checkin did not have any alcohol like we asked. 10/10 recommend!

Stayed here back in march. Paid for the master suite with the jacuzzi. On our second night we found a bunch of roaches in our room so they moved us into the junior suite with a tub instead, which is where we ended up staying for the rest of the week. There was a $35 dollar a night difference between the one we were moved to and the one we paid for so I asked them if we would be reimbursed for the difference. They said the best they could do was refund us 10% of our bar tab, so $30. Three months later and still no refund of any sort, not even the $30. Yikes. The tubs in the room took forever to fill up and it was luke warm water. During an elevator ride with another guest, they mentioned their stay had been “interesting” also. Overall, this place was dumpy and kind of dirty.

Nice place overall. The master suite contained a jacuzzi and a big bed, which is nice. But - the WiFi was very weak, and the TV is a joke (a mobile Android system is installed on the TV, so Netflix wasn't functional). The location is good, and the staff is nice. The nextdoor restaurant, which offers free breakfast, was very meh.

Spent the afternoon at the rooftop pool which was 300mxn pp if you're not a hotel guest but is used towards items on the menu. The staff were very friendly, the pool was perfect and the cocktails were a great price and absolutely delicious!

Very friendly place to crash for a short time in PDC while you visit Riviera Maya and are looking for a nice bed with AC and some character, the free breakfast and welcome drink is appreciated, cleanliness can improve, staff is nice.

Great experience at Be Playa, it’s right in the center of the city but rooms are quiet to rest. Rooftop is also super nice with great cocktails. We had an issue at the beginning of our stay and Yan the hotel manager has provided outstanding support. Will be back again !
