This place used to be so good, we’ve been ordering from them since they first opened and I’m not sure what happened but they’re definitely having continuity issues. Ordered 3 identical salads today that ended up containing 3 totally different quantities when delivered. The juices were supposed to be 32oz but when poured from the plastic bags into the plastic cups they ended up being closer to 24oz. I usually try to avoid making any type of complaint, especially since I understand they get super busy sometimes and mistakes happen, but these types of mishaps seem to happen all the time when we order from them lately and they are never rectified as the business flat out rejects any type of refund when the delivery platform reaches out to them. Their response to our complaint today was basically “well the salads arrived, didn’t they?”. With such a saturated hospitality market here I don’t understand why I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, especially when this business obviously has a lack of regard for their loyal customers. Lesson finally learned though and this time will be our last.
