Overall it was a good stay and we loved the location. A huge con is that they are constructing nearby and begin work at 8am with loud relentless banging. Even though we had an early schedule, it was not the best way to wake up on a vacation. Otherwise the first level one bedroom room is spacious. The pool areas have a neat layout though felt congested for my liking.

Beautiful boutique hotel! Vibrant colors, beautiful landscaping, two pools. Great value. Staff go above and beyond to make you comfortable.

Great hotel comfortable and clean. breakfast can be a little repedative. You do get to hear the noise at night from 5th ave because of the location but would stay again in a heart beat

The hotel itslef is beautiful and well kept. Staff is constantly cleaning and very friendly.

This a perfect hotel. Rooms are very nice and clean.

Breakfast is extremely disappointing. They charge more than 1100 peso per night but breakfast can't not be that ridiculous. You can't even call this as breakfast.
Only 2 toast bread with butter and jam, coffee, a glass of juice and fruit thats all.

I can't believe this hotel has such a good rating.

Some rooms are dark and noisy without proper ventilation in bathrooms. Other rooms don't have WiFi.

The quality of service is quite poor too. On entry you won't get any information about anything. Breakfast hours, wifi password, access to the beach club - why should a guest need such details? :P
