We had a great stay here. The staff was very nice and helpful. Check-in was really fast and easy.
The airconditioning in our room didn't work, so we were changed to a different room really fast and nice. Great service.
The rooms are pretty noisy, from outside. Aswell from neighbouring rooms, but they provide every room with earplugs which is a nice gesture.
The water pressure was really low (room 8), but that's not really in their control I think.
Breakfast is across the street. The choices were really limited and the amount not very large, but quality was good!

This hotel is well-located on 10th avenue, with Freaky Tiki just across the road, together with the cheese shop. They are still getting up to speed after the pandemic with rooms being progressively refurbished. I was in room 29 which needs better water pressure, a new a/c unit and replacement doors on the balcony.

However, i liked the oasis feel, and enjoyed the trees and the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful too, and clearly doing their best. The bed was excellent too.

Breakfast was across the road at Maison Pierre. It was coffee, a small plate of fruit, two slices of bread, some jam, and a tiny portion of butter. Not much, but many other options are available close by.

Anyway, i just wanted a bed close to the dive shop i am using and it has done the job well.

I recently stayed at this hotel because I had stayed there years ago and had a great experience. This time, I found that the hotel was very run down, has not been maintained a long time. The breakfast is horrible...2 pieces of white bread with jam. It's a shame that they have let It go. It is in a very good area. And pet friendly

Read the negative reviews and you won't have any surprises. Yes, the wi-fi can be slow at times, some doors can be closed with a bit of force, the furniture is outdated and the breakfast can be bland, but only on the first day.

If you are aware of this you'll have an easy stay. The staff is very friendly, (shout out to Fernando !), the breakfast restaurant offers multiple options after your first day (most are tasty and good), the pool is clean and the rooms get cleaned on a daily basis, which is great. Also, the location is perfect, close to great beaches (Mamita's) right next to the fifth and close to supermarkets and great food joints.

And for those concerned about security, you have a digital safe with a 4-digit PIN. We never had any issues keeping our valuables there !

Room service stole me 100 Euro. I have traveled at so many poor countries and always everything was good. It's a big shame for the hotel and employees who work there to steal from guests. Avoid this miserable hotel!!!

Awful experience, I'm speechless. Housekeeping stole me 50 Euro. On reception they didn't do anything about that. They all work together, it's organized criminal. I have traveled a lot, this is first time to happen this. Don't go there, they are bunch of thieves!

It's nice, but we spent all night with no AC. Condenser needed more freon, but not even after adding more (yhe following morning) it cooled off enough. We were only able to spend 1 night there.
