I had to update my review after spending 7 days here. The place is super cool and the rooms are extremely interesting, but they are very dated with things falling off and chipping away. The roof and polis pretty gross and I didn't want to seat on the extremely dirty loungers. The service could be much better and staff is not very helpful.

My reservation got mixed up and instead of the hotel I was put in the hostel, whether it was my OTAs fault or whatever, they were not helpful at all. Was told I couldnt upgrade my room since the hostel and hotel are running separately. Asked them to give that to me in writing to get a refund from the OTA and rebook a hotel room. Its been 5 days and I still didnt get those couple of sentences in writing. Hostel room had no toilet seat nor toilet brush - disgusting in a room that sleeps 6 people! definitely not laid out for 6. no hangers for towels. chargers above bed didnt work. alot of staff super unhelpful and just cold! glad i switched hotels soon there is so much more amazing vibes here in playa than that place

1. Keycard didnt worked several times
2. Lights were broken
3. Couldnt use the roof for my morningroutine, cause they only open from 12:00pm
4. Veeery very loud in the night, couldnt sleep well
5. not really accommodating - You need to pay when u want a visitor (guys u are not that exclusive????) u0026 You need to pay extra for each hour you check out later. Maybe I got spoilt from my past customer service experiences.
6. Very less option for breakfast. U better eat outside????

They double charged the same 1 customer for the same room and refused to do a refund. The manager was a complete jerk. We showed proof of double charge for the identical room and he absolutely did not care. The hotel is nice enough but if these people can screw you, they will.

Definitely an adult hotel. Parties, especially over the weekend, are sometimes held all night long. However, the hotel is recommendable. Very sylish, good breakfast buffet and pleasant service. I recommend it for party people.

Loved my stay here. It delivered the experience needed for my time in Playa. I heard about what to expect but this place delivered way more. Staff was very accommodating, and such a friendly bunches of people. Daily breakfast and open bar added to my overall experience. No to mention the rooftop pool and the occasional exceptional DJ stepping up to play a day set. Everything about my room was perfect, ignore the loud music outside till late hours that was expected. I found myself unbothered throughout my stay and when in need accommodated. I would gladly stay here again. It made my trip.

It's okay but trashy, if you're on a budget. Front desk is rude - everytime you ask for a key they will give you a replacement that doesn't work so you have to go down twice, or 3 times. Kinda smells like mold in the room. You can hear everything in the halls. Expensive resort fee for a bad breakfast and beer, but only for 2 people per room.
