Awesome business hotel, with exceptionally friendly staff. The beds were great, i slept very well and couldn't feel any movements from my partner. The rooftop infinity pool has an amazing view and the whole hotel is kept very clean. There is a gym and free water at the front desk. The rooms are decent size and air conditioned. The bathrooms are clean but there is only a rain shower so get a shower cap for non hair wash days.

Only point to improve is that the water bottles are tiny and generates a lot of plastic waste. Bigger bottles or a water filter near reception would help be more eco friendly.

The location is great - just a short walk from the main strip. Front desk staff is helpful and there is a parking on-site which you pay a small, reasonable fee for each day.

Knocked off some stars because we had some not so great experiences with room service throughout the trip. For one, it doesn’t seem like the app works for ordering food. Ordered food one night through the app and no one ever came, so we went downstairs to order and it took really long to get our food.

Another night we ordered the steak sandwich off their menu with guacamole on the side. The staff called us a few times because they didn’t understand what we ordered even though we ordered directly from the menu. They ended up bringing us a steak sandwich (guacamole not on the side - no biggie), but they also brought another sandwich with Turkey (we didn’t order this) and a dinner plate serving of guacamole (I’m not kidding, imagine a full dinner plate of guacamole). We were charged for this order but at this point we were exhausted with the back and forth and didn’t fight it. At that point, we just decided not to order food here for the remainder of the trip.

I like this place but just wouldn’t recommend getting food here.

This is your best choice for a chain hotel in the best location of Playa del Carmen. If you dont want to have "surprises" at any Airbnb or boutique no name hotel.....play safe and stay here. This a Mexican business hotel chain but they have a hybrid atmosphere being in Playa. No hussle for parking (they have tons of space underground). Standard services and they have two wonderful rooftop pools with drinks and snack service.

Nice hotel. Excellent staff. The restaurant is pricey and the food is not fantastic. But the hotel is great.

Had a great time at the Fiesta Inn for our honeymoon!

Victoria and Karla were outstanding and really went above and beyond to make our room into a special romantic spot (see photos!!!). The staff in general here are amazing and friendly.

We loved the location as well. Close to a lot of great food, very central. Nice rooftop pool and gym, tropical sitting area on floor 1, and very clean!

It’s located within a short walk to a free outdoor athletic complex and to the beach. The staff can help you get a discount for chairs at one of the clubs: we went to Martina’s.

Would definitely come back. Five stars. :)

Service here was excellent. Great location. Super clean hotel! The 2 pools upstairs made it really worth it. Lots of lounging area. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay in Playa del Carmen. Nice and clean rooms. Stores and restraunts are so close and the beach is in walking distance, 10 minutes give or take.
