The ambience was welcoming. Customer service was good. We had issue with one of our pizzas. It was not cooked very well and 2nd try to reheat burned the pizza. They made things right by not charging for that pizza. The spaghetti was a hit with my kids as well as the pizzas. I had the fettuccine lobster which was different. If you have a chance to stop by, you will enjoy the pizza and spaghetti ????.

Wow, what a great meal! Excellent service! Excellent Italian fare and excellent entertainment! The pasta is all fresh, homemade and prepared El Dante. Heaped with fresh seafood, you must eat here!

This is the cutest restaurant in my opinion ! The ambiance is really nice, though there is no strict dress code to abide by. I enjoyed the most delicious lobster pasta here! The sauce, portion, and quality were spot on. I’m passionate about food , and it was an incredible eating experience! My red berry drink was also tasty.

A great dining experience in Playa del Carmen. My wife and I have traveled extensively and were so impressed with all aspects of the Toscana Grill. The food and service is exceptional.

The lasagne was one of the better ones we have had in Quintana Roo. We have tried several places and this one had the best balance of fresh pasta, tomato sauce, cheese, bechamel, and cheese. Superbly layered/ with greenish pasta which I believe was spinach lasagne pasta noodles. Delicious.

Also we did try the pizza as they have 2 for 1 specials I believe every single night!! We got the Margarita and the hawaiana pizzas. Yes a whole lot of good for two people but how could we turn down 2x1 pizzas???!!

Good vibes/live music brought us in, but unfortunately the food is what won’t bring us back…. I hate to use the word “terrible,” but……(there was 6 of us so we ordered a bit of everything - steaks, bolognese, fettuccini, caprese, caesar, squid ink pasta, calamari, pizza). They brought everything out all at once so I felt like I was at an all you can eat buffet versus a well coursed out meal. It is sad to say this is the worst place we have eaten at in Playa Del Carmen. I made a remark at the end to tell our server the food was not good, but he did not acknowledge it. ***Be aware** there is also an unmentioned 5% credit card service fee that we were unaware of until we saw it on the final bill u0026 asked. Moral of this review for the toscana grill team - take ownership. It is how quick you solve issues with EMPATHY that will go the longest in retaining customers! The true test will be if we hear from a manager to follow up further.

If I can give this place 10 stars, I would. All the workers are extremely friendly and hospital. The service here is amazing. Luis always welcomes me and treats me with such great hospitality. He is super attentive and makes sure I always have everything I need. Not to mention the food is top of the line. I’d highly recommend checking this place out. They have live music in the evenings and the atmosphere is great.
