My girlfriend and I were going to stay in this hotel for 5 nights, but checked out after the first night. There was so much noise from a bar located in the hotel that we could not sleep until the bar closed. The pictures of the hotel are old and the whole pool area is very worn and not maintained. We had to wait almost 1 hour for the receptionist when we were to check in. I even had to talk to someone else at the hotel who called the receptionist. In the room there were stains on the bedding and the bedding was not put on properly. There were holes directly into the pipes in the wall of the bathroom. When we checked out and explained why, we got no apology. Very glad we changed hotels! Can not recommend anyone to stay here.

Besides the taxi driver they ordered for me from the airport (added $30 US to the cost of my ride). The location was great right on 5th. Cool interior and rooftop.

When this hotel opened it was a cosmopolitan hotel and something new for Playa. In the past few years it has gone downhill. The bar downstairs is the worst part. It is so loud it is impossible to sleep. This hotel only has 22 rooms and 10 are in the front all within earshot of the loud bar. This hotel should charge much less because the value has gone down a lot. You can see in the hotel how maintenance has only friend to keep the hotel open. It is not a good place to stay and there are many other places to stay nearby that are better. The value of this hotel is about $35 usd a night, but they charge a lot more. Save yourself some sleepless nights and book another place.

Possibly the worst hotel I’ve stayed at as far as noise is concerned!

The hotel has a bar on the ground floor with blaring music until atleast 2am. If you want to have a peaceful nights sleep then don’t stay here.

The curtains are semi transparent so there’s always light coming into the room from the street and sun. This hotel is not for those who like their room to be dark when you’re sleeping.

Blanket is not part of the bedding so God bless you if your room is cold. I had to turn off the Airconditioning.

Stained pillow covers with lipstick marks….

The light in the toilet isn’t working. I’ve been complaining since the time I checked in and 24 hours later the light hasn’t been replaced. I’ve been told that they’ve called for a new light!

I can’t check out of the hotel as it’s non refundable. I booked through booking.com and they’ve tried to get in touch with the hotel but the hotel is refusing to refund so that I can move to another hotel. I have a medical condition which could result in epileptic fits if I don’t get ample sleep. I’m praying that this doesn’t happen!

Excellent location, good price I guess the only bad thing is that there is a bar right next to the hotel and you can hear the noise till 1 or 2 in the morning.

Awful! Trust the reviews, not the pictures because it's all smoke and mirrors. Bathtubs are gross, hair and dead skin come out of jets, water pressure is pathetic. The owners /staff just don't care, no hot tub or bar at roof top pool like pictures show, nobody cleans the pool area, never saw toilet paper in pool bathrooms once in 5 days. Stay away, don't ruin your vacation, playa is great, this place isn't lol.

First thing first! We thought we were booking for their other hotel the Riviera maya and sadly we got Quinta. What’s wrong with the hotel:
1. No water pressure
2. Freezing ice cold water
3. No ice machine
4. No bar
5. We booked a suite with robes and spa and no robes no spa
6. No towels
7. A mini bar with 2 bottles of water that’s not a mini bar
8. Not what we needed or wanted
9. Right off a Main Street so loud music
10. Hallways hot and humidity
11. The biggest issue!!!!! It clearly states a hotel amenities is AIRPORT SHUTTLE but they charge for airport shuttle and when you question it they state they will cancel your reservation with NO refund.

The good things about the hotel;
The air conditioning worked in our room but we were lucky because other guest were complaining the air conditioning was NOT working!

DO NOT STAY HERE! I beg you DO NOT STAY HERE!
Nothing is good about this place- it will question your relationship- it makes you miserable.
If you value your time and energy do not I repeat DO NOT stay here.
I don’t know how to express the dislike of this place- it’s like throwing money away in the trash, it’s better if you light your cash on fire before I would tell you to say here!

Worst experience I’ve had in Mexico/ Playa Del Carmen!
Horrible experience
I don’t know what else I can say to make you NOT STAY at this dump!
I want my money back- but at this point I have 2 days left - I already have a cold because of freezing cold showers with no towels.
