Great place to have lunch. Choice of sitting in an air conditioned area or you can sit outside near the fans. The margarita could have been better, I couldnt taste any tequila in it. Big portions of Mexican style dishes. Everything tasted very fresh. I would return.

I am currently in Playa Del Carmen at the 5th street. As I have been walking, I decided to stop to try a local restaurant.

Service was good and the waiter suggested the coconut shrimp with mango sauce, salad and rice. It was very good. Meanwhile I was eating, you see the guys performing in the street and this clothing store across from the restaurant. .

Very friendly staff and good food options. To top it off, handmade tortillas! There’s pizza, pasta, chilaquiles, waffles, margaritas, agua frescas. A very spacious and open place, you have the option to sit outside or in an air conditioned room. A perfect place for kids and families.

My expectations were low as we were trying to find food around midnight and most places on 5th were overpriced tourist traps. We shared a saltimboca steak stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon, it was one of the most delicious meals I’ve had in Playa followed by the best cheesecake I’ve had in my life! Highly recommend!

I ordered the aquachili's on the menu and I must say it was the worst prepared I had ever seen. The shrimp were totally raw had not been cooked in any lime juice. The shrimp were chewy and totally transparent. There also was no lime flavor in the sauce. It was truly horrible. The only reason I am not leaving a one star rating is because the waiter had good manners and he tried his best to make things right. Definitely a waste of time, money and energy. If a fraction of the effort put forth in soliciting customers walking by went into the food being prepared, I know it would make a huge impact. I am deeply disappointed.

Came to eat here a few times, love the drinks especially the Michelada. Service was fast too.
