We had a very nice experience here! All the personal is in extreme kind and helpful. The food is very good at the rooftop restaurant and all services are outstanding. Without any doubts we’ll come back here! We had a magnificent time!

We stayed here for 5 nights and the staff were very attentive. This hotel was nice and near the beach and shops. The best part was the food! They had different types of food every night and the chefs were amazing! They went out of their way to prepare great food!

One word: AWESOME!!! This place was amazing. The service was impeccable. The food was excellent and we can't wait to go back. This was our first time visiting Mexico and our stay at Live Aqua made us certain to return. We have no reason to stay anywhere else! The rooftop bar and pool made our lazy days fantastic. We watched beautiful sunrises from our balcony. I could go on and on about this beautiful experience but suffice it to say that we didn't want to leave.

Very relaxing day spent here. We were able to get a day pass which all the food and beverages we purchased was applied to. Large infinity roof top pool and expansive pool area with beds, lounge chairs, bar, bar area, and various seating clusters. No crowd at all. For me the music was a tad loud given the spa like feel of the establishment. Nice views of the city and ocean. Waitstaff was slow and not attentive. The food was good; the drinks were decent and they have top brands as their house liquors.

We stayed for 5 nights and we loved our stay. The food is really yummy! Makes the all-inclusive worth it! Every night at the restaurant they change the type of cuisine, which we loved!
All the staff was amazing. Fernando at the pool bar made very good cocktails! Very creative.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The rooms are amazing--big comfy beds, amazing shower, lots of space, and a balcony. The food and drinks are all included and are very good. My favorite part is the rooftop pool and lounge area, which really helps you take in the beauty of the surrounding areas. It's also in a very convenient area near all the restaurants and attractions. If I ever find myself back, I will definitely return to Aqua!

Great place. The bar and pool staff were awesome (Fernando, Pedro, Angle and many others) and did a great job taking care of us at the pool. The food was amazing. The dining staff were very attentive and gave us great service. Rooms were newer and clean. The pool beds were comfy. Live Aqua is a relaxing resort; no crowds, no long lines. The location is great, short walk to the ocean and right on 5th ave. My wife liked the yoga in the morning and the fitness center. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back for another relaxing trip in the future.
