Unfortunately only booked for five nights. Woyld have been pleased to stay longer.

Lovely place, not far from 5th Avenue.
Could enter our room earlier than expected. It was absolutely awesome. Our host Miguel welcomed us very familiar.

Bikes for rent and kitchen can be used as well. Nice rooftop pool.

Thank you Miguel for being out host. We will come back

Aside from the rack that kept falling in our bathroom, this place way exceeded expectations.

This is the best stay in Playa Del Carmen. Located 3 mins walk to Playacar Beach and a 3 mins walk to 5th, it is a prime location. The service is impeccable and very attentative. The rooms are spacious with soft comfy beds. This is by far been my favorite stay in the area.

It is in a great location walking distance to every thing beach, stores,restaurants.... Their answer to my request is no problem and make it happen. Very attentive to needs and help full. I got a WhatsApp before I arrived letting me know about the place. I stay 8 days

Beautiful place and such a great deal. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast bar had cereals, milk, yogurt, bread, fresh fruits, coffee, eggs, and pork available.
Walking distance to the beach, ferry, and all the shops on the strip near the ferry.
Located in a gated neighborhood with 24hr security.

Stayed here for about three weeks. Great location, good price and the best staff! Sol and Maciel in the reception made the stay very enjoyable being helpful and knowing English very well. Maciel helped me when I got food poisoning - thank you! I also absolutely loved the breakfast - four types of fresh fruit every morning. Would definitely recommend! :)

Don’t bother. The place says it has parking, but it’s only 2 slots for the whole building that are usually taken. And no free parking in the area, you have to pay additional 200 pesos (10 euro) for a parking more than 700m away...

Inside nothing special. A cheap Bu0026B.
