Worth it for the price! No frills or fancy services/accommodations but it is very close to everything (there is a taxi stand right outside the door, beach, ferry, food, pharmacy, etc are within a 5 minute walk) and they keep it clean, which is the most important thing to me. There was loud music at a nearby club every night, which was annoying. If you need peace and quiet and comfy bedding, try somewhere else. If you need something simple to pass out at the end of a long day in Mexico and you don’t want to rent a car, this is your place.

Super nice and clean Hotel.
Very convenient because it's right next to everything. Convenient stores around the corner, 2-3 minutes walking to the Beach and to the main street.
What i liked the most is the super friendly staff, they're always open for questions and very helpful with everything!
Always love to come back!!

Great prices, clean room and friendly service. Only a block and a half away from ADO bus terminal. Convenience store (7-11) a block away and next to the a mall if that's your thing. There is a taxi queue literally outside your door and 15 seconds away. Don't be frightened by the location being next to the small airport. You hear a few prop planes take off during the day (parachuting tours) but nothing after it gets dark.

Nice budget hotel of great value. The hotel is right at the heart of the tourist strip near the waterfront yet it is very quiet. It is close to all the shopping and the ferry. The rooms are well appointed but could use a luggage rack. The breakfast is simple yet adequate. It is fried egg, beans, tortilla, bread, fruit, yogurt and coffee. The staff is very friendly. It was an enjoyable stay for us.

Absolutely my favorite location in Playa de Carmen. We consider it HOME and the people here are family to us. Quaint little hotel with awesome location and amazing people! Breakfast is cooked fresh. They will go overboard to help, lend towels or dishes, advice... There is no better place to stay...

Good stay. It’s basic accommodations, but it’s clean. They were friendly. No breakfast due to COVID but they emails to let me know as soon as I booked it, so it wasn’t a surprise.

We had a large clean room with two double beds and shower room. Nice wood paneled doors and fittings, small central courtyard. Good wi-fi and breakfast. Right in the centre of town. Slightly noisy but great value for money.
