This is a nice ice cream parlor as can be expected from the brand. It is known as a luxurious brand, the same way that a Mercedes-Benz is positioned higher than a Toyota Camry. It is a premium brand ice cream, and that’s what you’re paying for. It’s good, and expensive. But, it’s good.… And expensive.

The very same happen to us in Merida Haagen Dazs. 7$ Cda for the smallest ice cream I ever see. I felt defrauded and I see this is all over.Must be a company politic to take the max for the minimum possible. I never right reviews but this time it worth to make the effort

Over 6usd for 1 scoop of ice cream must be a bad joke. How are they selling anything at all with these prices? 2 Blocks out from the centrum the price is only 50 Cents and even literally 30m beside the store in the oxxo supermarket you can buy several Containers of häagen dazs for that price.
They also offer ice tea, lemonade and smoothies starting from 8usd.

Were there half an hour before closing time. They didn't want to sell us cones anymore for whatever reason. Expecting tips after that lack of customer service.

Whole store personnel was servicing one person for 15 minutes, while other in line were waiting when they finally give them 4 Bola of ice cream.
