The donuts were delicious but I was exiting right behind a Krispy Kreme worker (she had a puma backpack on) with my hands full after making a purchase here and instead of holding the door open for me she let it slam shut. The maple donut was delicious and the water is fairly priced

It didn’t feel or was the same as the other chain of krispy kreme. Very mediocre choices in donuts. Staff wasn’t too cordial.

I was here a few days ago and paid in us dollars. All of a sudden they only take pesos. Who wouldn't take us dollars over pesos.

Buddy boy get your business straight u sell donuts for dollars.

So Im here right now. Its Saturday night 7pm. The place is crowded. There is a line. I order one donut. Its 23 pesos, I hand the cashier 200 pesos.
HE DOESNT HAVE CHANGE!!!!!!
How in the world you have a business on 5th Avenue in Playa the busiest area in Mexico and you do not have change for 200 pesos????
I left without my donut and they are losing a client.

Love their donuts. Got a half a dozen he first day and had to go back for the other half the following day. The best ones are the ones with the filling. Sooo worth it. My favorite one is apple and cinnamon filled.

Good donuts! Yet, a bit too expensive in my eyes, but you’ll get the great quality you’re used to from any Krispy Kreme store in the US.

Awful! The woman here seemed less than interested in helping us. She claimed they only take pesos. Though their door clearly stated multiple credit cards excepted. Clearly she didn’t know what she was doing. Go elsewhere.
