The employees are still wearing masks and they will not allow anyone to use the restroom for any reason.

Ok. Kinda empty and the air conditioning was having issues cause it was hot inside.

We arrived in Playa del Carmen, totally unprepared for the extreme heat so I popped in to pick up a few items. The employees were helpful. I returned an item without a problem, so I guess this Old Navy is on par with the others I have visited.

Excellent customer service!!! I was over charged and I went to the store to talk with someone to get my money back and the manager was super friendly and within 10 minutes the problem was fixed, that is why I really like this place. All the staff is always super friendly and they have really good costumer service.
