This Starbucks is nothing like your typicall Starbucks you find around the globe. Unfortunately this particular Starbucks was incredibly slow. There was a long line to even enter the establishment to make your order. After about 15 minutes outside, you find yourself waiting some more inside. The baristas seemed to spend more time making fun of the cliente and gossiping than actually serving customers. An employee actually yelled at me after I dared to ask, what was the cause of such delay. “ if you think we aren’t fast enough simply leave!” He rudely replied. 10 minutes later I was handed a chai latte no longer warm..
It’s a pity that poorly run establishments like these give a horrible reputation to a whole chain on wonderful cafes

Good place with outdoor and small in door seating area didn't have straws but besides that great service

Small Starbucks in the mall by the ferries. Limited indoor seating but plenty of outdoor seating(gets warm though).

It's just a small Starbucks with no bathroom and no wifi, almost no sitting inside AC. Way better options in town a few blocks from there.

They seem to be ripping people off here. Just bought a frappincino 10 minutes ago, I was very clear to be buying 1 and some how I ended up paying for 2. When I asked for a receipt I got one with the total only! I don't believe it's just one person here, I would say most of them. Not cool guys! I hope management is watching here and sorts it out!

Your classic starbucks except smaller and without wifi ????.

This starbucks, in the mall,, is a place you come with friends lr family while touring Playa Del Carmen to sit outside and chat. Not for being productive and working.
The seating indoors with AC is limited like 10-5 people max and outside there are plenty of tables that can seat more than 20 people but it's just so hot somedays it's like unbearable.

Wifi is so bad it is unusable, and there is no bathroom. Try the other starbucks in town, I will tomorrow, hopefully that one is better.
