This place is ridiculous crazy expensive I’m Mexicano and this place try to charge me $750 dollar for consultation because I didn’t have my Mexican ID .. thankfully the place next door recommend another clinic witch in that one even in dollars was only $75 dollars for consultation but at the end they charge me $500 pesos since I’m Mexicano witch is only like $26 dollars including having some stitches . Stay away from this place

Terrible service. I waited an hour and I was the only customer/patient there. Covid tests are massively overpriced. They charge $120 US dollars for an antigen covid test. You can get a covid test other places like the Farmacia del ahorra for about $20 US dollars. When they performed the covid test they shoved the q-tip really high up both nostrils and it was unnecessarily painful. The only painful covid test I've had. Over priced, long wait, poor customer service, and painful. Avoid this place.

A Physican at the clinic quoted me $685 US for a consulatation for a skin infection from a bug bite. Over the phone I was quoted $250 US plus an emergency fee for walk-ins. A Google search said to expect to pay between $50 - $100 or less if I saw a Dr attached to a pharmacy.

Very bad experience, went there because was having chest pain and shortness of breath, which can be sign of a heart attack, and because shortness of breath, and was shaking. they ruled that they were a covid risk and sent me home… I wasn’t feeling right and had to go get a can and went to hospiten, which received me like real medical professionals should: with diligence and compassion. Oh yeah, and even before checking if my life was treaten, they asked me for a credit card etc…. I received care in Texas and even if it was a private place they made sure I was fine before…

The doctor was very thorough, really nice as a person and explained everything about the diagnose and the treatment in details. There was no waiting time as the Bulgarian health insurance company had contacted the medical center in advance. We got all the medicaments needed and didn't have to pay anything. All in all, it was a very positive experience.

Total scam, under no circumstances go there. Deceiving , advertising services they do not have such as x-ray, Stuff is unprofessional, unhelpful and barely speaks English. If god forbid you need medical help while in Playa DO NOT go there
