booked 2-$115 tour for tulum and coba,
didn’t know the tour was going to be givin by a different company. we were told as per there web site there would be juice , bicuits and water nope,told language would be in our tongue nope, tour guide gave ten min presentation from a binder once we arrived and walked a half mile to get in line for ruin at tulum, givin twenty min free time and walked to beach and told we would be there 35 min, you either paid to sit down or had to buy something. lunch was good but was told on website one drink was included w lunch nope, had to pay. coba very rushed once at pyramids given 5 min for photos and was time to head down, was told on website bike taxi included, nope pay up,group had to walk to top but was able to purchase ride back.about 45 min at site. believe van driver thought he was still at the nascar school of racing, car comming no problem they’ll move over, speed, how fast can we go. stopped at tour co. to explain displeasure oh well sorry

Aquawonder was our first excursion and a nice surprise with a beautiful isolated lagoon that offers a magical moment and incredible photos before going to a beautiful open cenote in which we were able to do some snorkeling.

Chichen Itza was the must-do excursion with a passionate guide who explained the Mayan history and the history of the site very well. The visit to a semi-open cenote afterwards was a beautiful moment and an excellent refreshment. Finally, the express visit to Valladolid allowed us to discover a beautiful, colorful and lively central square.

Finally, we had to do snorkeling but the weather did not allow the ports to open. We were therefore offered to replace our excursion with Tsonoti which was a real favorite with 3 very different cenotes. First a dry cenote, similar to a cave and isolated in the jungle. Then an underground cenote and waow, what an incredible experience to swim underground in crystal clear waters in the middle of stalactites and stalagmites lit with a flashlight.
Finally we ended with a magnificent open cenote for a little relaxation before returning to our hotels.

The journeys with the driver Arturo have always been calm and the pickup at the hotel in the morning always punctual.

I therefore warmly recommend excursions with Del Mundo Tour!

Avec ma compagne nous avons fait 3 excursions avec Del Mundo Tour lors de notre séjour et ces sont 3 journées que nous garderons en mémoire. Les guides Matthieu, Jasmine et Marion étaient très sympathiques, nous ont parfaitement accompagnés et nous ont informé sur les excursions et sur la vie mexicaine en générale.

Aquawonder a été notre première excursion et une belle surprise avec une magnifique lagune isolée qui offre un moment magique et des photos incroyables avant d'aller dans un beau cénote ouverte dans laquelle nous avons pu faire un peu de snorkeling.

Chichen Itza était l'excursion incontournable avec une guide passionnée et qui nous a très bien expliqué l'histoire maya et l'histoire du site. La visite d'un cénote semi-ouvert ensuite a été un beau moment et un excellent rafraîchissement. Enfin la visite express de Valladolid nous a permis de découvrir une belle place centrale colorée et vivante.

Enfin, nous devions faire le Snorkeling mais la météo n'a pas permis l'ouverture des ports. On nous a donc proposé de remplacer notre excursion par Tsonoti qui a été un véritable coup de cœur avec 3 cenotes très différents. D'abord un cenote sec, apparenté a une grotte et isolé dans la jungle. Ensuite un cenote sous terrain et waow, quel expérience incroyable de nager sous terre dans des eaux limpides au milieu des stalactites et stalagmites éclairés a la lampe torche.
Enfin nous avons terminé par un cenote ouvert magnifique pour un peu de farniente avant de retourner à nos hôtels.

Les trajets avec le chauffeur Arturo ont toujours été calmes et le ramassage a l'hôtel le matin toujours ponctuel.

Je recommande donc chaleureusement les excursions avec Del Mundo Tour !
