Helicopters Playa del Carmen, Cancun, Cozumel

Waste of time and bad service. Wanted a helicopter to go to Cozumel (a 8 min flight).
1) The Owner quoted a price total on the phone for two people and then when we arrived they told us the price was per person
2) Then they wanted to change the helicopter and wanted us to wait a few hours
3) Then they wanted us to wait for for enough customers to fill the other helicopter.
4) After we agreed to the new price (double) they told us we now had to pay for the helicopter to return from Cozumel because they didn’t have enough customers. So again the price would double. (Now 4x the original price.)

We left and just took the 40 min ferry to Cozumel for 500 pesos ($25 USD) each round trip

The guy that worked for the company at the airport was very nice and tried to make things work but at the end of the day he was at the mercy of the Owner and the Pilot who were causing the problems and could not help us

Thank you Helicopters Playa del Carmen for the most unbelievable romantic getaway that left us with so many amazing memories! Rivera Maya has some unbelievably amazing places, but it's pretty hard to access them without helicopters!
