I enjoyed my stay at Valentina Suites. I will give an honest overview
Cleanliness: 10- the place was spotless, and the staff came to clean everyday.
Comfortability: 7- The place was nice and clean, but it was bare. I would have liked some picture or paint on the wall or something. Also, there are no cabinets or storage in the bathroom. The dishes are sparse, and they just needed a few more things like wine openers, pot holders, storage containers, plastic bags. There are no chairs with backs. There were only stools. I stayed there for a month, and I worked, so I had to buy my own plastic chair. Lastly, the pots and pans were not the best quality, and they burned whenever I cooked with them.

Customer Service: 10 - They respond SUPER quickly to emails, and they are always polite. My dog scratched up the door and wall, and they were easy about it. I did pay for the damage.

Location: 10 I really liked where the suite is located. It was a simple walk/bike/taxi ride to the beach. The taxi passes right on the main road, and it is only 30 pesos(a little more than a dollar). It's 5 min on bike/ 15mins on foot, and 3 minutes in a car. There are tons of places to eat on the main road: Benito Juarez as well.

Price: 8 Honesty, it was one of the cheaper places I found by the beach, but it was expensive for Mexico. I have lived and traveled all around Central America, and to pay almost$ 1500 to stay for a month is outrageous. I did look at real estate in Playa del Carmen, and it is not cheap, so I do believe the price was fair for the area.

Conclusion: I would recommend this place because it was “affordable” , it was well located, and it was super clean. I also loved the roof area, and the travelers who stayed there were super nice as well. I wanted to give a 4.8 star, but google doesn't have that option.

Great little hotel, gated entrance with a coded door, nice rooms, inexpensive and fun. The bar/pool area upstairs turns into a UN party almost every night. Had drinks with people from all around the world and made some good friends during my week stay. Jacque responds to emails quickly and will help sort any issues you have or make recommendations for you.

I want to express how wonderful experience I had at Valentina Suites. It is a very nice and confortable place to stay in Playa del Carmen. I highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks to Jacque and her teamwork at Valentina for make us feel at home.

Genial. Location location location. Suites are spacious, beautiful and had everything. The rooftop is outstanding. Very fun, also relaxing. You meet all kinds of people.

Stayed at the Valentina for 2 weeks when I first got to Playa del Carmen in December. Loved my experience there. Felt secured by the gated entrance, and the room was great and clean. Loved the rooftop and pool - the residents would gather there, very fun, met great people from around the world! It's also pet-friendly, which I really appreciate since I'm travelling with my Bengal and there are very few places that accept her.

Oh, and big thank you to Lalo who's almost always on site ready to fix any issues you may have.

Our stay at Valentina Suites was great. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The towels provided were clean and sufficient for our needs. We were lucky that a parking spot was always available in front of the property however street parking is readily available as well. All the guests staying there were respectful and not loud. The rooftop terrace and pool was a great spot to just sit and relax. The location of the property is great because you can walk to Quinta Av, grocery stores, restaurants etc... The manager was always available to answer questions and give helpful tips. I would recommend this property and I would definitely use it again when staying in Playa Del Carmen.

A nice place to stay at for a very comfortable price. Close to Playa del Carmen beach and I personally suggest to take the Ferry to Conzumel. Also lots of Mexican stores and places to eat for descent budget. The Suite was clean and the staff were nice enough to hold my luggage since I arrived earlier than expected and the check in was after 3pm.
