Very dirty inside; customer service is non existent. I asked for the special which was posted on the tv, a pizza and a side for $149 but when I tried to order it the cashier said no that I can just get a pizza for $149. No further explanation. Also I asked for a receipt so I could walk outside since it was a 20 minute wait but she said no they don't give receipts. So I just waited inside the dirty restaurant because I was worried they would lie and say I never paid. The pizza was good, tasted like Dominos. Really they need to get their act together.

I made an order over the phone for a family pizza. I was told on the phone that she would arrive in 30-40 minutes. The pizza never arrived. Very poor service. Calls and they hang up so as not to solve the problem. Do not order from them. It is better to go to bed hungry and not order food from them because you will not get it. The worst service I have ever encountered in my life.

Ordered 2 simple Pizzas, after waiting longer than the estimated time called and they told me 10 min, this happened 3 times! After 2 hours I got the notification that the order had been delivered... I never got my Pizza!

Echoing the other complaints about delivery. Do not order on Rappi. Food straight up never came, fortunately I was able to get a refund through the app. Later I went to the restaurant in person for takeout. The pizza was fine, but they were extremely stingy with the chicken topping. Girl at the counter was nice.

THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!
We made an order at 19.30 and at 22.30 we receive the message that the order was delivered. We did not receive it! We called Them 10 times but they just hang up on us. I would not recommend this to anyone.
NO ONE SHOULD COME HERE AT ALL!!!!!

Worst experince ever!2 hours plus for 2 pizzas. Don't know English at all. Don't respond to calls. Don't want to help.

After 2 hours late, I called and asked where our pizzas were. They laughed and said they weren’t delivering the food and that they WOULD NOT REFUND my money either!! My family had no lunch that day :(
