A very helpful waiter was tolerant at my insistence on usingvthe Spanish menu because I wanted to learn more Spanish. He was very helpful with suggestions. The food was hearty and decent Yucatan fare.

Best panuchos around! We ate so much food here that was authentic, cheap, and great quality. The service was excellent. Highly recommend sopa de lima, panuchos, cochinita di pibil, really anything on the menu is fantastic.

Absolutely delicious food (tried the Yucatán Platter), along with fantastic service and very reasonable prices. If you're looking for something that's not just "not on 5th" but genuinely delicious, this is it.

Bests place on playa Del Carmen for regional and southwestern typical food.
Cozy place, attention superb and nowhere near the prices of 5th avenue.
This is a place where the locals go to lunch, so that tells something. Cochinita, deer, and panuchos are one of the bests.

A must stop while in Playa. Great service. Outstanding food and very inexpensive. Portion sizes are enough for leftovers the next day.

Great local Mayan cuisine. It was not too busy early in the evening and had great service. The mole was delicious!
