You get what you pay for! Its a good place to sleep, shower and eat! The pool was dirty the whole time we were there, staff was okay, and there is no view. But it’s a $2 taxi to 5th Ave, walking distance to the pharmacy and some restaurants as well. The breakfast was affordable and yummy and the staff helped us with a taxi and some packages the whole stay! Not a bad hotel, but it’s def 3 stars!

Stayed at the hotel for one week in January 2022. The personnel are extremely friendly and helpful. The cleaning of the room was performed daily and to a high standard. I received better service at this hotel than 4-5 star hotels I have stayed at. It is an approximate 15 minute walk to 5th avenue at a good pace. Makes for good exercise. In any event, a taxi will cost you approximately 100 pesos, which is not expensive. Great quality to price ratio.

Decent hotel, $500 pesos per night. Rooms are big and clean with cable TV and AC plus good WiFi.
Close to downtown but not as close to enough to hear the crowd and traffic noise.
Hotel has 2 pools and breakfast is included.

The hotel is nothing like the photos. It’s is in a bad part of town and the staff is not very helpful. We decided not to stay at the hotel. The hotel charged a penalty and I am still waiting for a refund. Expedia called them numerous times. I have emailed and sent what’s app and the hotel ignores all our requests and would not refund what is fair.

The rooms are outdated. Do not book unless you don’t care about your money and customer service. Complete bait and switch.

what it may lack in some areas...it makes up in others..Good vibes friendly...wife was in Amerimed hospital 5 min walk **But no ice machine need to get from store nearby ...enjoy mex feel

Nice staff but really outdated and a little dirty, soap was the left over opened from previous guests, not enough towels.Not very conveniente for the price.
Looks modern only from outside.
