This place is really cool. It has a pool and the location isn't really that bad. Couple blocks away from 5th Avenue but it's manageable walking distance.

Pool wasn't avail for 3 of my 5 nights but once it was it's a very nice rooftop. The rooms are outdated and very minimally equipped for an apartment

The rooms are large and super clean. The only downside is they only give you one roll of toilet paper for a week long stay. The pool is really nice when its clean, however for half our stay it wasn't clean. Location is good about 10 min walk to the beach and really close to grocery stores and cheaper restaurant options.

Very nice accommodation. Perfect if you look for your own space, quite. Not too far from the main street and the beach (less than 10 minutes). Clean. Rooftop pool is great!!

Stayed here via an air bnb listing. The location was great, 10mins to the beach, Walmart and best of all domino's is around the corner :) I guess all the rooms are different but ours was brand new and nice and modern . Good shower, fast WiFi that was working 95% and a rooftop pool with great views, albeit freezing water! Would stay again.

Worst customer experience ever. They cancelled reservation for a holiday period just before arrival without any reason and leave the money blocked on my account for a two weeks. All attempts to clarify the reason were not successful - they just fully ignored any communication. I definitely would not recommend to stay in this apartments. If they cheat during the booking you could be in a worst situation during your stay.

PS I am glad that my review forced you to write a respond. Thank you for sharing my details with all hotels, but the problem is only that I have not done anything wrong and you cannot argue with that. You tried to cheat me with PayPal payment which was not indicated and was correctly refused from my side. Later on you cancelled my booking without any reason after you successfully made a pre-authroziation on my credit card. I believe you was just scared to lose a money during a holiday period. All what you interested in is just how quickly to gain a money without doing anything or respect anyone. Shame on you.

The apartments are OK on the inside and the building is modern, BUT it is very difficult to reserve and the locatioin is out-of-the -way in a sketchy neighborhood at night. They ask for a credit card and then a paypal deposit and then cash at the door. I paid $62 plus all the taxes which came out to be $74. After completing the reservation, the price was lowered to $49. I asked for the lower price and they didn't reduce my costs. You must use WHATSAPP coordinate with the manager to meet at the location at a specific time and the manager wasn't there when I arrived, so a waited outside on the street for 20 min after a long day of travel until he showed up to let me into the apartment. My apartment was B1 which is on the bottom floor and directly across for a loud, noisy strip club that operated all hours of the night. Luckily, I brought ear plugs. I recommend that you not book this place and find a actual hotel with a front desk person, security, and location closer to the beach.
