It was as described online, clean and convenient. Receptionist was present during check in and it was late in the night, gave a us all information. Same during morning, lady was approachable and gave directions for breakfast.
You have to wait for hot water once you open the tap. Has parking in front and road is not busy.

Hotel is rather dated but very comfortable. A 7 to 10 minute walk to the beach and all the excellent restaurants are less than that, so it's in a quiet area of the resort. Walmart is round the corner, good for early morning coffee etc. The girls on reception really make this hotel, they're brilliant.
A very enjoyable stay there. Nice bar next door.
N.B. Breakfast is NOT served, it's room only basis.

Was there for 4 days. was so great. The rooms was perfect and clean everyday! The front desk is extra special! specially Carla when I even called her mom when she helped me when I lost my friend for over 20 hours she was with me the whole time! thank you to you'll hope to see you'll next year! ????

The crew is very friendly. We had a problem in our reservation (the website booked for less days than we needed) and they not solved, but gave us a better and cheaper room. The bathroom is good and clean. The beds and pillows are soft enough. All rooms have AC. If you're coming with a big family, ask for the room 16.

It was great, nice and clean. However, recommended only of you have a rental car. Since the hotel is within walking distance to the main downtown strip no taxis want to go there. So you have to walk in the heat.

Pros:
-Clean
-Good location
-Parking lots in front of the hotel
Cons:
-Need maintenance. Definitely not the same as their photos.
-Swing of the air conditioner didn't work and it was not comfortable that the airflow direct against to the bed.

This place is incredible!! My brother and I arrived there around mid July 2015. This was the perfect place for the price. Staff was amazing! Great location to the beach and boat to the island. Julia was the best! We will be back
