Hotel was fine. Very clean and quiet. We got a room with 3 beds that was very tight but we were expecting that already.

Hotel is very near from Walmart so if you need.

The only not too good thing was that I didn’t remind the staff that we were arriving very late so when we arrived to the hotel (2am) we had to knock and make several calls until we woke up the person in charge. Not his fault of course…

So if you are arriving late remind them a day before so they wait for you…

Very decent place, bit hidden but so close from the main atractions, we enjiyed the stay. One star off as the kitchen had only frying pan, 2cups, cutlery, 3 glasses, and was lacking a few basic things for us. We booked this place with intention to eat healthy meals.

Convenient location and TOP notch hospitality from each employee. They’ve been super accommodating and even came out to help me receive a spare key for my room at 2am after taxi had left with it. Internet and all amenities are good. Balcony is perfect. 10/10 would recommend

Great hotel, great prices. Oliver at the front desk makes your stay the best it can be. Clean, modern rooms with Walmart across the street and beach only a 3 - 4 min walk. A++

Google/the hotel (indirectly?) allows you to pay and book through a third party only to arrive with the hotel at capacity. I walked 20 mins to this location to find that it was fully booked.

Full size fridge, WiFi, attentive, friendly staff, great location, excellent value for money. Found my new favourite restaurant two doors down - El Fogon.

This hotel was very clean and staff especially Antonio was very helpful. We needed to move as the traffic and noise was very loud.....there was also a restaurant very good food, but it opened @ 6:00 and had some loud music playing. We were supposed to get a room with a garden View, but we were over looking the street.
Antonio was also helpful in getting us another room at the Koox Hotel on 5thavenue. It was clean and very close to the beach.
If you would consider a refund of some kind that would be very helpful.
