The customer service is great. People there are very hospitable. Parking is very tough but easier at night. They close at 8pm. The food is OK. My Colombian family's food is a lot better, but we saw Colombian food here at Playa del Carmen. So we tried it out. My Colombian family all agreed that the food was ok. But was missing a lot of flavor.

Amazing friendly staff, fantastic homestyle Colombian food. Everything from familiar classics like Bandeja Paisa to more regional fare.
The fish and soul were both to die for, especially given the super affordable prices. Can't miss dinner choice!

Nice, standard breakfast at a reasonable price, great empanadas but the smoothies and fruit juices are truly the standouts here, don’t skip them! Server was very nice!

The Arepa Ranchera and the habanero salsa they served with it were both DELICIOUS. Right across the street from El Fogón, it seems that this place is overlooked, and shouldn’t be!

The best passionfruit juice I have ever had and it was massive!!
Friendly staff and family friendly.
Guacamole was very tasty too.

Don’t waste your time or money coming here. Worst service and food was under cooked.
Ordered empanadas, they gave us zero sauces.
Guacamole- took forever to come out which we wanted with our food. Came out at the end
Arepas con carne- arepas was under cooked and the middle was still doughy
There was one more item we ordered that was under cooked in the middle.
The place was empty and still took us 2hrs to get out of there. We over heard them getting other tables orders wrong.

Our experience wasn’t good because the food was no flavor at all and also I think it was to expensive for the food that they serve the worst experience in playa del Carmen we are been in better Colombian restaurants
