The worst pizzas we ever ordered. We know pizzas, make them ourselves, but what Pizza Hut Playa del Carmen is doing here is nothing short of an impudence. No details needed Pizza Hut guys, as you sure know them, just shame on you offering this. .

Excellent pizza. Tastes just like home. MUST get the pan option. Ordered delivery on Rappi and it tasted fresh out the oven.

Very poor service.

Food and stuff is mostly like every other Pizza Hut… but with less ingredients. And more importantly: the employees don’t want to work.

Spent half an hour waiting for my order one day.. a few days after I tried ordering via Rappi and they did the same to the delivery person. They work really slowly and inefficiently, and they have no solution for customers.

The first time I just sat and waited, said nothing… figured it was just a busy night (even though I didn’t really see that many people in there). But then today there was really no excuse.

They most likely need more staff and better customer service training as well to handle the people that (rightfully) complain about the wait.

STAW AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
The pizzas was nothing like Pizza Hut at all. So bad. The side dishes was sooo bad to. I would not recommend it for a million years. Definitely the worst meal we had in Mexico. And so expensive. Please stay away for your own sake.

No AC at all and the pizza was normal, they didn't have chicken wings only boneless the buffalo had a weird spicy. I won't come back again we paid 400 pesos for two

Worst pizza I have ever had in Playa. Half of the toppings were black from being overcooked, was dry and totally unenjoyable. Tried one piece and tossed the rest in the trash. Biggest waste of money I have done in a long time. I had it delivered and it arrived within 40 minutes of ordering it so I don't think that was the problem. Pizza Hut in the states has the best Supreme pizzas but this was definitely the opposite of that.
