The food was okay, too oily as usual for KFC. The cashier was quick and helpful, they don’t have everything in the menu. Because language barriers I end up getting 12 pieces instead of 8 which is fine. Chicken for the week. I noticed they don’t have enough employees to take care of the dining area and restrooms. The restroom was in a horrible condition. I cleaned up my table and eat while the food was warm.

Crunchy as usual, they were short on the wings and the mayo which was weird...and also don't have straws there.
Still not a lot of options for lactose intolerants

The worst KFC I have ever been... And I travel a lot...
I do not know KFC's criteria to give franchises, but this is the worst KFC.
Considering that Playa del Carmen is a tourist city, you cannot communicate in English in there and the worst thing, is that they also laugh at your Spanish.
Even the manager that came out to sort things out, he was worse!!! And when I got my order, it was half, with no drinks. And when I asked for the drinks, even though I was showing them the receipt, it took me more that 4 minutes to sort it out...
And the taste, I cannot describe it... Nothing like anywhere else... We left almost everything on the table.
And last and very serious, the bugs in our sodas!!!!! Disgusting!!!!
Central KFC, you must be ashamed for this branch...

Terrible service. I understand there is no one speaking english, but what I do not understand is no one even trying to help you when you try to order. Trying to order we couldn't order burgers (i do not know why) instead of cola we got mash potatoes and even the sides we got in the bucket they sold us extra. Disappointed.

the kids area is very convenient. my 2 yo loved it, but it takes them forever to give you your food, super slow service

Disorganized, usually don't have the things in the menu, always crowded. Only if you really crave it I would recommend. I won't come back

The worst KFC i ever been to.
The staff is slow, the fried chips came soft and soggy
The fired chicken is absolutely disgusting.
Don't come here its not even close to the worst KFC you ever visit, i promise
