Deceptive publicity on Uber eats. There was a 2 for 1 promo and they did not honor it. On top of it, I started feeling sick 1 hour after eating the burger. Stay as far away from this crooked business.

Had to do Mexican fast food once on a two week trip to PDC. It always better in Mexico. $3.80 usd for a big king meal amazing lol.

This burger king is so stingy with the fries. I promise you they have little tricks with the boxes as where they never fully open them so they can put less fries in them. Do the employees get paid in fries because they're not giving them to the customers that actually pay for them.

The service is very bad the attendants don't look at your face and treats the customers (tourists) as they were doing a favor. The food preparation is kind of common, the place is ugly and dirty. So that I don't recommend this place in playa del Carmen for anyone.

Nice workers but really, really dirty tables floors and chairs. Veggie burger not that good, very dry.

Slow service. Requieres attention regarding the cleanliness of the place. Tables and food trays look dirty. Tnx.

The place is ok as a burger king goes but it was a bit dirty.
