The reception was very easy and informative. The workers have all been very nice and respectful. The facilities are clean. Our room is always cleaned and fully stocked. The resort is very eco friendly . You feel like u are in the jungle. The water park is a blast for my kids.
Felix end all the staff have a great service The only negative is that we have to set up a reservation for a restaurant 4 days in advance. We were not able to eat dinner at that restaurant. Overall this has been a great visit and I highly recommend it.

The kids absolutely loved the water park, they enjoyed both of the slides and the food was surprisingly good. They only served hot dogs and burgers but again surprisingly good. Also the staff were friendly and kept an eye on the kids doing inappropriate things. It was a very safe environment with many kids running around and no parents constantly chasing after them.

So far our trip has been amazing! There were many bad reviews that scared us but we have been treated with amazing Flora and wonderful service. The food will keep you fed but nothing to write home about but overall the people have been so accommodating. The water park has been so much fun and pools perfect for kids. River cruise with David was such a nice one! The Mexican magic town on Sundays was magical!

Sandos Resort is a beautiful place to stay if you want to enjoy great food, great drinks and want to have activities galore! The water park is amazing Felix, Viviana and Diego are great! They are making sure the water slides go smooth and have been very helpful!! all the nature around the resort makes it even better! Will stay here again! Our family vacation has been amazing so far!

Beautiful location, stunning facilities and great food. It’s the perfect get away and so lovely to wake up to the sounds of the jungle. We’ve loved our stay and spotted so many adorable jungle creatures while we’ve been here. The Brazilian Rodizio is the best place for breakfast, right beside the pool, lovely music, and has the best tacos on location. The next best spot is the beach and club house which has a library, snacks, cabanas, and drinks which help so much when planning for all day on the beach. Everyone is super friendly and it’s just been the perfect get away, would highly highly recommend.

The resort is spread out in what you would call a jungle, which gives this place neat atmosphere with tons of wild life. And it feels secluded because of the winding sidewalks. Our second story room had a private view, you could see a pool but not a direct view, and low noise. Plan to walk a lot, but it's a good thing. Drinks are good, get to know one of the bartenders! Food at the buffet is adequate, but the few on site special restaurants the food is great! A good place for a family. They do have a couple of adult only areas that are nice and quiet. Room service had great food and better than the buffet. Overall really good.

Sandos Resort is the best! Sálvia was the best restaurant we visited. My husband and I came here on for dinner. The service was the best service we have ever had. The chef was attentive and the waiters were wonderful. The chef was one of the nicest people we have ever met. The food was amazing. I wanted to cry because they made the night!
