4 Secret Squirrel - a month ago

Lovely but in need of a little TLC 15th anniversary so not at all bad. I see they are doing an extensive renovation resulting in some jack hammer action being drowned out by the music thankfully. The beach pools appear to be the place for the 18 - 40 years olds the main pool for families and quite seeking vacationers. Oh look at me, gone all American. Tipping in US dollars for anything and everything around $2 per simple service. (50 paso) well that’s what we did anyway!

All inclusive with a ton of random small charges. We had benefits that ce with our reservation that we didn't get for days...there is no communication to help. Not a fan of this resort.

After riding a motorcycle through Mexico this was the worst place I have stayed, I paid for a room here and when I arrived to meet my wife there they downgraded me to a lower quality hotel even though I was booked in. After much argument they some how fond my room and by now it’s 11 pm.
The next day they called my room and said they were going to charge me extra and this is when thing got heated, long story short I ended up in Mexican jail with no food for 3 days then thay came to the jail with a sandwich and asked if I would pay ???? I paid them as my wife didn’t know where I was and was arriving that day plus it was not enjoyable to say the least,
good news is I’ve gone without food longer than that before so I was fine and my credit card agency returned over 5k in charges from the hotel. So I did get all my money back in the end ????

Beautiful location, my gf and I had a great time at this location. We enjoyed all restaurants but this one was a little more special. The food was good, not too much that you feel bloated when you leave. It's more of a refreshing feeling. Great taste combinations, our waiter was very helpful, asked the right questions at the right time, didn't bother us.

All the staff here was friendly, and there is a dress code to follow, like no shorts and Jeans I believe.

Good lighting, comfortable seating, quiet restaurant so ya, enjoyable.

We had our wedding here in April. It was such a great resort. The food was amazing, the rooms were spacious and clean! The staff was very friendly. My cons to this resort was the lack of entertainment or night life at night and the lack of music and entertainment around the pool during the day. We will for sure be visiting this resort again in a few years.

Beautiful resort but our whole group got food poisoning so disappointing as we have never had trouble before
