The most bland tasteless food I've ever had. No flavor! The presentation is beautiful but there's zero taste - ABSOLUTELY ZERO.

I'm a big foodie as I have over 1.5 million views on my restaurant reviews here and I've never sent anything back in my life but the kale salad with wild mushrooms was so dry with the tiniest bit of pink flavorless dressing that I sent it back. It was like trying to eat brittle cardboard. And I didn't see one mushrooms - not one.

The octopus looked great but again there was no flavor. It was like eating a bunch of rubberbands. The soup was just okay. Be sure to add salt. The tuna tartare was cooked lol!! You DO NOT cook tuna tartare, I'm not sure what is going on in that kitchen because the presentation was great but nothing had any taste or flavor. I wouldn't even eat there for free.

Go somewhere else, anywhere else!

Food was good, service was great but I ordered two martinis and both of them were half full. That was disappointing at a higher end type place.

Great restaurant with excellent food. All dishes that we ordered had great taste comparable to the best restaurants in US. Presentations and service impeccable. Wood recommend lobster tail for an extra $15 to the all inclusive package. Check the menu. Some items have an extra charge, when noted. If you stay at the resort with all inclusive option, this is a great choice to go there every evening. Reservation is required.

TL;DR Food has degraded from food we look forward to each vacation, to never wanting to eat at Los Morales again. The food has gone from quality to food rife with conflicting flavors and awful textures. Best food we had tonight was the pallet cleanser sorbet in between the appetizer and our food.

It has been family tradition each year to come and eat at Los Murales in the private room at the end of our vacation. They have never charged us for the room before and have been genuinely kind in taking care of us.

Our food was terrible. One member of our party had some muscles as an appetizer that was very good but every other member of our party's food was awful. The salmon was overcooked, the mashed potatos had awful taste and texture, and the chili shrimp tasted off. We decided to get desert hoping to redeem our meal, but NONE of our deserts were good AT ALL. Bland, goopy, and terrible textures. At the end of our meal, they dropped a $200 charge for the private room, something they haven't done in the nine years we've been coming. We received hostile treatment for being upset about the charge.

If you are all-inclusive I feel for you. You're better off taking your chances eating at La Palapa because both Los Morales and Kinoko have abysmal quality in food that is in no way worth the price of your all-inclusive package.

The top menu items are surcharged, even with the all inclusive package. Food was decent but not for the top restaurant at the resort.

I am staying at Royal Haciendas in Playa del Carmen overpriced and over value restaurant. They serve red meats ans seafood in fillets with steamed veggies nothing spectacular very similar to Longhorn in USA but dinner for two were 75 USD for a 3cm×3cm block of yellow quinoa with tofu " QUINOA salad" , o grilled ???? was 3 smalls tentacles. Main dish: Mero fillet with baked potatoe and second fillet of Red snapper with zucchini and carrots. Very small portions for 75 USD.

This review has me torn. To be honest I had a hard time with the menu as I don't eat seafood. That is all on me but surprisingly not much that is not seafood. While the service was top notch I also had a hard time as we have two young kids and dinner was over two hours long. While most people probably love the slow pace and attention I honestly would have appreciated a little more speed. I think it would be perfect is they could pick up on queues like my kids falling asleep on my lap that maybe we need to speed up things a little.
