I can't even begin to describe how amazing this hotel is. I have been traveling for the better part of 15 years. I have solo traveled to 90 countries, but this hotel really knocks it out of the park when we're talking about customer appreciation and overall safety. If you are a solo female traveler traveling through San Pedro Sula, I highly recommend this staff. They are incredible. When I needed money for my cab before I flew out, they drove me three blocks to an ATM so that I didn't have to walk outside. When I checked in 4 hours early, they gave me a complimentary cocktail because I had to wait ten minutes for my room to be ready. They honestly are incredible. I cannot stress that enough. Go with this place if you are in San Pedro Sula!

We were guests at the end of February 2022 and were charged around $76/night. It was not worth the price. It looks like this this place was once very nice, which is when the photos were likely taken. Since then the place has gotten very run down. The pictures do not represent the current condition at all.
-Given one large scratchy towel. No hand towels, beach towels
-No shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Only same cheap soap next to sink and shower that doesn't sud.
-back door in bathroom didn't lock
-They list there's 24/7 security. People sit at the front desk and don't acknowledge people walking in and out.
-four different WiFi names-wifi slow and goes in and out
-very musty smell took a while to clear
-no tv, microwave, fridge
-iguanas infestation and live under lip of pool, hang out on edge of pool
-pool poorly maintained and half empty
-lawn chairs old/stained
-mold painted over on bathroom floor
-mattress uncomfortable
-air stinks due to slimmy ocean algae
-Lots of bugs in the room as the doors had openings underneath them
-has second level roof top in very poor condition with trash laying around
- 3 pillows for 2 ppl
-toilet knob, sink, shower head, shower handle with lime deposits and chrome breakdown
-entrance to bathroom with low ceiling. Have to bend over if taller then 5”4 or will hit head. Boyfriend hit his head on door frame to bathroom multiple times a day
-half the rooms were unoccupied and also equally run down.

Great location, friendly, helpful staff. This hotel needs a full renovation.

I have enjoyed the stay in Isabella Boutique Hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cozy room with air conditioning. I loved to find the swans made from towels on the bed it was so sweet! The swimming pool is small but lovely, very delicious breakfast and perfect location!

Cute hotel and very nice staff. Right next to the beach in a great location close to 5th Avenue shops and restaurants. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Price is good. Huge Iguanas live by the pool and if they get to know you will eat right out of your hand.

Pet FRIeNDly resort! Awesome place, great hotel for the money, staff was great and made us feel like home, we didn’t get to stay in the Cabanas, but the room we had was big, clean, great view, seconds from the beach, Check-in was simple, continental breakfast is good, pool and area amazingly clean. Would definitely stay here again.

If I could give a zero I would. Based on pics we booked an ocean view deluxe. However, when we decided to walk by the hotel before our stay we quickly realized the pics didn't really tell a good story. Within 3 hours of booking we were trying to cancel with hotels.com. It took 3 days for Hotels.com to even get the hotel to answer and then they refused to provide a refund.the email we got said we could cancel up to the 19th, however I booked the room on the 22nd. I'm now disputing the charge via my credit card.
