The condo was fantastic. Beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were large and nice. Had a 2 bedroom with full living room and kitchen. The hotel was a block away from 5th ave. and 2 blocks from the beach club. The pool is nice, but smallish. Not much to do at the hotel, but plenty to do all around. Would stay there again.

We have really enjoyed our stay. The big thing we loved was the blender to make our own frozen drinks!! We did not hear any music from 5th street, it is very quite. Walking distance of beach, ferry shopping and all kinds of restaurants and coffee shops.

Great place for someone wanting to see as many places as possible with a short time to do so. Located right behind the famous 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen. The staff is great the suite are of good size. Nice pool and best location. ????

Great location. Safe with security guard. Close to restaurants and shopping. One block from beach. Beautiful landscape. Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. I highly recommend.

There is 24/7 check in service which was great because we arrived later than we expected - the young man who checked us in was friendly and informative. Our room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were well-kept and beautiful. The filtered water in the room was a great touch as we were able to fill our water bottles throughout the day. No complains from us, we would stay here again. Lovely location, close to restaurants (go to les amis a block over for the best sandwiches!!), the ferry to Cozumel, and the beach. We could not hear any of the party/club noise in our condo.

We did have a hand-written note on our door one night presumably from another guest warning of theft from housekeeping services, but we did not experience that ourselves (it is always best to lock any valuables in the safe in any hotel room). The only improvement we would recommend is a more secure door/a door that deadbolts to a wall, as we prefer something with a bit more security.. with that said there is a locked front gate with security so it is really not an issue that would keep us from staying here again.

We had a lovely, spacious apartment that was a perfect home base for us and our 3 teenage children. It was quiet, safe and perfectly located close to everything. The staff are superb, patient and helpful. They provided excellent service and helped us have an amazing vacation.

This Condo has amazing views! The rooftop is beautiful. It provides an outside eating area, grill, and hot tub on the upper level. There is a full kitchen inside. Plates, cups, and silverware are available to use and the maid service even cleans all the dishes for you! It’s like having a magic fairy. You leave for the day and come back to a clean house.
This condo is walking distance from a wide selection of places to eat and shop.
Many of the tour pick up locations are within 5 minutes walking distance.
The condo provides complimentary day passes for gym access, for those that would like to workout all the good food.
I wish the pool was a little bit bigger, but it is beautiful.
Walking distance from the beach. Although I would say find another beach. The one close to the hotel is not that great. If the beach was nicer I would give 5 stars. Overall I had a great experience.
