My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Plank and it was a wonderful experience. We were served by the beautiful Fernanda who started us off with a Smoked Old Fashioned and Smoked Negroni. By the end of the night we ordered two more rounds and were ready to salsa dance the night away. We ordered the Salmon Gravlax and Scallops u0026 Pork Belly for starters, and both dishes were melt in your mouth delicious. Our mains were the Mixed Grill, Fettuccine Seafood. Mixed Vegetables, and Mashed Potatoes. Again, each dish was prepared exactly to our liking and danced on our flavor palates. Our wait between dishes was approximately 30 minutes, but I had already done my research and knew that Plank prioritizes the dining quality and experience over speed, unlike many restaurants in the United States. We were too full for dessert, but we eagerly look forward to patronizing Plank again on our next trip to Playa Del Carmen.
