We chose this restaurant based on other reviews and I’m so glad we went! It’s on a quiet street, small, intimate and relaxed. We were lucky to be seated immediately but a line formed right after we sat down. There was nice music but not too loud. We had wonderful conversations while we ate. The drinks were wonderful and stronger than other places we tried.
We could tell that the people working here cared about the food. It was presented beautifully with love. It felt like we were eating art. The ambiance and food were both amazing. I’m really glad we found this place and it’s on our permanent list of places to go back to every time we’re in Playa.
They have a special menu for Fridays and we were told you need to make reservations for Friday because they’re so small.
It was a wonderful experience all the way around, fresh wonderful food, excellent service and we were made to feel very special.

Fantastic little seafood spot. Cozy vibes with excellent food to match. My favorites were baked clams and grilled oysters, followed by giant charred shrimps and shrimp ceviche (which was marinated just the right amount). Octopus could have been softer but the flavors were good. Make sure you try churros at the end.

Cozy restaurant close to the 5th Avenue yet far away from the noise, with amazing seafood!

We found this restaurant thanks to Google reviews when looking for a place with a good seafood. And we didn't regret it!

Javier and the rest of the staff was very nice from the first moment and the food was superb! We tried different dishes and my personal one was Jumbo shrimps.

Truly a 5 star restaurant. The drinks were delicious. All of the food was perfectly prepared. The best octopus I’ve ever had. Our waiter Benjamin was friendly and very informative. If you’re in Playa del Carmen you must stop here! Pictured are the tuna, grilled fish, and the flora de Jamaica.

I’m going to have to say this is another place in Playa Del Carmen where I really don’t understand why the reviews are so high. I am from New York City and I’m traveling from Seattle all those places with really good seafood. The chocolate clams were very good but each one takes a completely different one had a lot of chili and one didn’t and then the other had a medium amount of chili. At first I thought this was intentional but then when I ordered the grilled oysters they tasted the same way, each with varying levels of spice and flavor it shows that the chef is maybe disorganized. I got two margaritas and honestly it was disappointing the drinks were weak. One thing that I will say is that the grilled octopus was cooks really well but I feel like the flavor was lacking it’s just kind of had a bland tomato flavor it was definitely disappointing. This place is not terrible but considering the prices and considering the reviews I just was not impressed.Sure whatever reason the oyster in clam dishes are only sold for three at a time which honestly is not enough for anybody to be satisfied and I felt like the prices were too high for three oysters

Travelling from Vancouver, Canada where the seafood is great back home.
Found this restaurant and it is absolutely incredible. Everything is fresh, flavourful, and the service is great. I would recommend this to anyone who likes seafood!

If you come, you must try the chocolate clams!

the meal was really delicious and the cocktails were good, and I recommend this address. The manager seems very nice! The frame is beautiful. Closes a little early so be careful not to arrive late. The table sticks a little but I think it's due to the disinfectant. negative point: lack of sympathy from the server. Removal of plates and glasses too fast and highly recommended suggestion of 15-20%. So we left 10% because the forcing is not appreciated and the server would have had 15% or 20% if he had deserved it.
