Delightful live music. We went there on Thursday evening. The "Vatos King" blues band was playing. Many people gathered around the band. Many, as us, couldn't resist approaching the place. Some even start dancing in the middle of the street. We sat by the entrance and have some beers and snacks. Service was rather good. Guacamole and Cayman's potato wedges were very nice. They explained to us that different bands play there depending on the time and day of the week. So cool!

Music is really good but also a little loud if you’re looking to have conversation a better location would suit you.

Could have stayed all night and listened to the band!

We did not get food but everything that was served around us looked amazing.

Make sure you are clear with your drink order. I thankful had taken photos of the menu so I had the prices but they attempted to charge me 40 extra pesos plus another 70 … otherwise awesome service

Easily the best food in Mexico so far, between Playa and Mérida. Plus, the music was immense! The singer had such a voice that brought me to teras, absolutely incredible.

I'm so happy I found this place. Do yourselves a favor and come here. You won't be disappointed. And don't go to the tourist trap places. This is slightly off the beaten path, and I promise you'll love it. From a fellow Canadian ☺️

A hidden gem @Playa del Carmen!!!

Great coffee (why is so difficult to find good coffee sometimes, please restaurants, take this on mind!!!), Kind of homemade food, simply delicious, and juices...

I had scrambled eggs with bacon, coffee and ginger juices... But I'm sure everything is delicious as well.

Super nice service by the hostess and our server "Azeret". Food was great affordable and what really put a cherry on top of our experience was the live band. Totally recommend

Side street very friendly mexican restaurant from the 5th ave on calle 24 with live music. Breakfast, lunch and late dinner is served.

Great food...nothing complicated but, very good: Salads, rice, pita wraps, burgers, sandwiches, crepes, chicken and salmon steak. Protein and fruits juices are also offered and they even have their own beer !!

2 for 1 mobitos night, I chose the tuma fish ceviche on hard tacos as well as the chicken breast with vegetables, sweet potato and spicy vietnamit sauce !! Very tasteful !!

Tables on the streets and inside with fans, friendly service in Spanish and English.

The Caiman is terrific and has sensational food. I love the crepe with goat cheese and olives and get it all the time. Our friend Brent is a Canadian Blues legend from Winnipeg and he sits in with the Mexican Blues Band on Tuesday nights. Our last visit there coincided with Carnaval and the parade came by behind our streetside table. I took the liberty to share some parade photos.
