An OK place to stay. The hotel is very centrally located so it was very noisy: there was music until midnight (but it was good music) and some trucks at 7am. We found earlier guests belongings in the room so the cleaning could be more detailed, otherwise the room was tidy. There was no wifi in the room, only in the reception. The bed was good.

We just returned from our 10 day stay at Hotel Coco Rio Playa del Carmen it’s super cute and simple hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They do not have a pool but it wasn’t really needed as we spent most of our days on the beach. The location was perfect not far from 5th and not too close to extremely loud places so we were able to sleep at night. They a mini fridge and hot water perfect because I took both infants and needed water for the bottle. We would definitely return to this hotel. Recommend it to anyone that’s looking for a more affordable but nice location. Mattress was a bit hard the WiFi was a bit slow at times but being on vacation I wasn’t really using my phone as much. They were a great place to stay regardless of the cons I mentioned.

Liked the decor. Slightly difficult to find. Some construction noise. Great location for beach. $660 in cash if book direct is what they told me.

Excellent service, solving all the troubles immediately, good cleaning every day, but it's bad that there's no restaurant at the hotel itself.

I really liked it. Beautiful little hotel. Very helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Ideally located 5 avenda side. Thank you Claudio and Miguel Angel.
A little noisy and boring breakfast. Slow wifi.

The best hotel of all these ones I saw in Yukatan! Very good and pleasant staff! Beautiful rooms and small garden! Unlimited tea, coffee and cookies.

Fantastic little Hotel in the centre of Playa del Carmen, near the beach, near the bars, near restaurant u0026 shopping but quiet and relaxing.
The team is fantastic.
Nice stay, will repeat again
