I fell ill while vacationing in Playa del Carmen and initially tried to ride it out, but after 3 days I walked in to Dr. Bernardo's medical practice to seek treatment. The experience was great and everything ran smoothly. I was seen immediately, my vitals were checked, blood samples were sent to the lab, at the end of the day they sent me the lab results. The next day I received appropriate medication and immediately started to feel better. Would definitely recommend this medical practice to others, and my only wish was that I had gone to see Dr. Bernardo sooner!

I had to go to Dr. Bernardo last minute, as my appointment with another doctor, which was recommended to me highly, was canceled due to an emergency surgery.

I must admit, I am eternally grateful that I went to Dr. Bernardo - the wait to be called was almost none existing. The nurse and doctor were super nice and knowledgeable (as my doctor is a diver and completely understood my needs, as I had to get my ears checked and get a physical for my advanced dive course). My troubled ear was fixed and I was cleared to dive. Never the less I was super happy.

I got food poison the second day I was in the resort. I had severe stomach pain, headache, chill, fever and body ache. I thought I had covid with all the symptoms I was having. My husband looked for this place and I'm beyond grateful. DR. Carolina was amazing, she treated me right away and within 15 min she put me an IV and medications. She did blood work to confirm it was food poison. She prescribed me some medications and even text me the next day to check on me and let me I got Salmonella. Within 2 days I was feeling better and eating again. I was very scared but this clinic is very professional, clean and they know what they are doing. In most importantly cheaper than the resort doctors. Thank you Dr. Carolina for your care and professionalism.

So very very glad I did my research and found this clinic!! My husband got food poisoning while on vacation; after reading through a lot of reviews on local iv-hydration services (including hospitals) I found this blessing of a clinic! CALL THEM BEFORE ANYONE ELSE. My hotel wanted to send us to a local hospital but we opted to do our research. At 8pm Dr. Cardenas answered the phone and spoke very good English. The other locations I called did not answer. Their voicemails were automated Spanish voicemails and this made me feel uneasy about who/what the provider would be like. Dr. Cardenas was able to arrive at our hotel in 1 hour! His bed-side manner was very reassuring and we instantly knew we were being taken care of by a caring doctor. He told us everything he was going to do step by step. He was very clear on after-care instructions, wrote them all out and told us we could call anytime after he left if we had any questions. The price was very reasonable, as the local hospitals can charge $3000-5000 just to be seen. He left a couple hours later. Whereas hospitals can keep you for a ridiculous amount of time. Dr. Cardenas is a true gem and you should not hesitate to call this clinic.

Would definitely recommend. Came out and met us at 11pm one night. Fast service spoke perfect English and fair prices. Fully equipped with lab and diagnostics. Clean and felt safe. Dr. Conejo was great! 24hrs by phone call shows up fast.

I had very much pain in my foot while on holiday. So I had to call the doctor. Doctor Carolinna Tunn came to the rescue within half an hour! She examined my foot, gave me an injection and prescription for the days after. She was very friendly but overall professional.
I would like to recommend the Walk In Clinic, Playa del Carmen to everyone in need of professional, friendly and straight to the point doctor when you need medical help. A big 5 stars for them!

Dra Carolina Tun, made my first medical mishap in Mexico an amazing experience. I had an accident and cut my self up on some rocks getting out of a boat. She patiently cleaned and examined me thoroughly. She also followed up with me via text which is amazing. They saw me 4 times and everything was handled professionally, including the attending nurse. They also set me up with my antibiotics and follow up care instructions. There was never a wait, and everything including Dra. Carolina were above and beyond. could not ask for better service and help.
