This has been a wonderful experience for my wife and I on the occasion of our anniversary. The resort is a wow, wow, must be destination. We loved every bit of our stay from the first guys we met at the front desk Mr Martini to every hotel staff throughout the facility speaks volume on professionalism. The scenery is heavenly without a glitch of imperfection and the daily night shows were very entertaining. The food and wine was abundant without restrictions just as much as they were delicious and satisfying. The hotel is well maintained filled with numerous activities most of which we couldn’t participate in because of our short 4day stay. There was just too much activities within and outside the facility that a week might not be enough to enjoy all of them. I am definitely coming back with my family sometime next year and hopefully this standard is maintained.

Biggest and warmest pool I've ever been in! A walk through the jungle to get to the ocean. There is definitely a long walk to get from the room to the ocean/pool (which wasn't clear when booking) unless you upgrade, which they try to get you to do when you arrive. Other than that, food is amazing, staff is awesome and very clean in a gated community. Our concierge Martini was very accommodating and made us feel like family. Highly recommend. Will be back for sure.

Incredible resort/hotel. Vibrant, clean, and so much to experience/see on the grounds.
All the staff were outstanding- special mention to the beach bar boys; Javier, Julio, and Omar. They were always so pleasant and took care of my family and I well. Javier knew my drink and always had it on the ready whenever he saw me coming by! These guys were friendly and always served with a fun and warming attitude!
Would definitely recommend and come back to this hotel again!

A lovely welcome by the staff and this level of polite helpful staff was maintained throughout our trip, staff are truly excellent.

We had a beachfront room giving us direct access from patio on to the beach, highly recommend it.

Lovely location, 5 restaurants on site (the Japanese was our favourite).

Literally have a jungle on site, can walk through it to get to restaurants from your room.

Have lots of animals running around the jungle as well, they have flamingos and several waterfalls on the site.

Hotel is all based on sustainability, no bottled water at the hotel, instead they have a 5 step water filtration process, we were hesitant at first but did drink the water and pleased to say no effects from it.

The only down side at the hotel was not a great mattress, so not the best for a good nights sleep.

However everything else was so good, still giving 5 stars.

We had a great time, we enjoyed the food and the pools every single day we stayed at this hotel. Joan Dominguez helped us a lot with everything there is to know about the hotel, Joan helped with the restaurant reservations and he arranged the taxi going back to the airport, he was a great help. The rooms are clean and the pools are nice. The restaurants are spacious and the food is delicious. People are very nice and helpful. We are coming back for sure

I read all reviews before I went and was scared from all the bad ones that were left..

I was there for a week and I don’t have ONE complaint! Food was good, room was cleaned daily, resort is cleaned daily,. Everyone was so nice, helpful u0026 friendly! Beach was beautiful! Excursions were fun! Entertainment was great! Pool was very cleaned, the grounds were kept very clean also! The jungle was amazing! Drinks were good! Overall 10/10 I would go back!

Don’t let bad reviews keep you from not booking! Just book n go! I’m so glad I went and didn’t change resorts! After all every resort had had some kind of bad reviews. Remember reviews are just peoples opinions anyways!

Overall, the place is wonderful. We had travelled there as a family of 7 with four kids ranging from 17 to 6 year old.
The beach is clean, there is seaweed and some waves but it is overall so close to the rooms and has nice sand. The territory is full of animals. One can also swim in the large pool. For small children there is a small pool. Unfortunately, all pools are closed at 8 pm. The beach does not have lighting. So for people who like to walk on a beach at night, you have to walk under the moon light. We did not have a problem with seating at the beach or pool. But my recommendation to wake up early and enjoy the nice weather in the morning.
Food is available in different places throughout the day. However, they don’t put on ice, so I would be very careful with their butter, cheeses and deli. It was 32C and the food spoils fast in this temperature. I would highly recommend to the managers and chefs to start putting cold food on ice. We were not drinking much alcohol. But I like red wine - only one kind was included in the all inclusive package and it was not good. At restaurants alcohol is better than in buffet. Overall, I think everybody can find something to eat at buffet.
Two people had food allergies and public relations gave us a letter in both Spanish and English. It was super useful to show the letter to chefs and they directed us to safe foods.
People for the most part are nice. I noticed the difference in the way local guests were treated vs people from Europe or USA. Americans are treated much nicer. Maybe because we tip. It would be nice to have a list of useful phrases in the room in Spanish to be able to communicate with cleaning staff, waiters and bell boys. Front desk speaks English well. However, the concierge tried to sell us membership to the hotel when we were checking in. She was pushy and it was annoying since we have not seen the hotel yet, we were tired, hungry and wanted to get to our room. Instead we had to listen to the sales speech probably three times because the concierge wanted to sell us the membership and would not take no for an answer. I would recommend to come by the guests and try to sell the membership on the second or third day.
The entertainment team works hard but the shows are lacking. My recommendation to them is to do more ethnic Mexican music and dance rather than to try to sing in English. The fire show on the beach was a highlight of our stay. These were clearly professionals.
Overall, it is good place to stay with the family or friends.
