Hilton Playa del Carmen, an All-Inclusive Adult Only Resort

Our 5-night stay at this Hilton was great! The location is nice, although the beaches are small, and covered in seaweed when we were there. The property itself is in very nice shape, the pools were perfectly clean, and the food and drinks were great! But what set this place apart was the staff. They were all very friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and not wanting anything! One of the front desk managers, Rosario, was amazing at finding (and upgrading) us a new room when our first had A/C issues when we first showed up. We will definitely be coming back!

My stay at this resort was a 10/10 the service, the room, the employees/ staff, and the help desks were all amazing. The best service you’ll get. I loved my room. I loved how helpful everyone is. There is always someone around to help you. The cabana: bottle service deal was really great. The lobby shows and activities were great. I genuinely enjoyed my stayed. The only reason I am giving this hotel a 3/5 is because the food wasn’t good and I was unable to go to the beach due to the seaweeds. Spice restaurant was the best restaurant. We paid for dinner on the beach and the Chef table which were good but we paid extra for it. The food that’s included in the stay should be just as good. The drinks were good but didn’t taste like it had much alcohol. The food is probably the only improvement. I would definitely go back and just eat outside the resort. But overall a great experience

The service was outstanding from check in to check out. Everyone was extremely accommodating and treated us so well. The food was excellent all around... Better than other resorts I've stayed at in the area. The pool side cabanas were fantastic and the servers to those cabanas were polite and professional. We never had to look around for service. They were always there without being overbearing. Our room cleaner did an amazing job and the staff went above and beyond to decorate our room and leave little food items and gifts to celebrate our honeymoon/anniversary throughout the week. Our experience was better than we could have hoped for.

We had a great trip here. The room, the food, and the entertainment was excellent. Laura our concierge was very warm and meticulously organized. Also, after a few days of all inclusive fun I think I might have been a little off my game when checking out and left my backpack in the lobby. Realizing this after arriving at the airport, I called the hotel and the bellman Alejandro was super helpful. He immediately located my bag and had a taxi bring it to the airport in no time. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed at the Hilton in Playa and we LOVED it. It was our 1st all inclusive and we couldn't have been happier. The service is unlike anything you will ever get in the states. EVER. Everyone is so nice. The food and room service was great as well! We will definitely be back to this same hotel in the future. Being that it is walking distance in what feels like a "downtown" area, it was in a great location. The hotel also really does a great job at keeps their guests entertained during your stay with live performances on different nights and even games at the main pool during the day. We also over the beach cabanas out front of the resort! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Our experience at Playa del Carmen was fantastic! Prior to arrival, Catalina Rodriguez reached out to address any questions or accommodations we needed. Throughout our stay, she addressed any small issue we had to make sure we had a wonderful experience.

We had a garden view room, which was nice as it was set back from the main activity, so it was nice and quite. There are many food options, and I highly recommend Chef's Plate. It was such a delight from the service and wine to the meal. Throughout our stay, everyone at the resort took such good care of us. We truly felt special. I look forward to returning soon!

The best service I ever experienced! The employees truly treat you like kings. The employees are always eager and willing to help. They always clean the rooms spotless. You can call them at any time, even in the middle of the night, for any reason at all. I have a sweet tooth in the middle of the night, so I took advantage of this (with 24 hour room service). The bartender, David, really knows how to make good drinks, and does them quick. Not to mention, it’s in the best spot in Playa Del Carmen (downtown on the beach, right next to 5th ave). Overall, I was completely impressed with my experience, and will definitely be returning.
