We rented 3 two bdrm apartments all with access to their own private rooftop lounge area u0026 direct access to the rooftop pool. All had kitchens with fridges u0026 one had a washer and dryer. Most importantly I felt safe there. Staff was very accommodating u0026 friendly.

The location is great, right behind Walmart and since the room had a full kitchen we were able to buy food for our entire stay. Housekeeping service was great as well, they did a great job! Maintenance team was also quick at responding - albeit; they did need to come for a number of issues: the refrigerator stopped working a couple of times, the door knob was loose when we got there (screws were sticking out, you could tell it was patched up a couple of time so much that the wooden door could no longer hold the screws). The electric range had two very slow burners(7-10 minutes to warm up).

Nice comfy CLEAN 2bdroom condo. Staff VERY friendly! In an "ok" part of town...but walking distance to everything. Beach was a few walking blocks away as well. Water pressure in showers were very weak. Had own entrance to rooftop pool. Overall I would stay again!!!!

Great place to stay in Playa! Our room was spacious and has all the basic amenities we were looking for since most of our time was spent exploring the city. Close to 5th Avenue and there's a Walmart 2 minutes away to pick up any last minute items.

The Encanto is a gem. Nice sized rooms, beds, and shower. I liked the convenience of having Wal-Mart close by. The beach and 5th ave. are a short walk away but far enough you don't hear much of the clubs at night. My favorite part of this hotel is the rooftop pool in the morning with birds chirping.

Clean, spacious condo hotel. Rooftop pool and a lush tropical courtyard. The A/C is cold, the bed is comfortable and the water pressure is great!

Nice quiet spot, if you want to stay close to La Quinta but avoid all the noise for a good night sleep. Quite modest place, though not the regular hotel with all amenities.
