Air con broken. They told me it was fixed. It wasn't. Apparently, no rooms to move me to.
I wanted a good night sleep before a flight and got a sauna instead.
I do not recommend this place.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet rooms and close to the terminal, supermarkets and the quinta avenida. Would stay there again

I've stayed here a few times over the years as it's across the street from the bus terminal. Like all One Hoteles the rooms are efficient and clean The breakfast has a good variety. There's no pool but you can walk to the beach in 15 minutes. The guy working the front desk (I think his name was Ramon but don't recall) was phenomenal. Very friendly and helpful. Good for a 1 to 3 night stay.

It's an OK place to stay. You have a good location, near 5th avenue and supermarkets. You also have ADO bus station a block away which can help you connect with other cities. Hotel has free breakfast, rooms are not the biggest, but if you just need a place to stay, the price will be worth it.

Nice and cozy place. Not a luxury hotel and small rooms, but just to get some rest during the night is perfect.
It is just two blocks from 5th Avenue
You have breakfast starting at 7am

I spent my last night at One before catching my flight the next day. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick. The room is incredibly small, we could barely open our luggage. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The included breakfast was very basic.
Very close to the ADO station, a few blocks from Quinta Avenida (less than 10 min walk).
I think it was okay for a night, but I won't spend more than that there.
