This is a bubble tea stand in Playa del Carmen. It has several locations in Quintana Roo -- might be a local chain. They serve bubble tea, smoothies, coffee, lattes, anything you can imagine. My partner biked here and said there were 3 staff members, all of which spoke Spanish exclusively. It helped since their menu is in Spanish, so you can use that to order. My partner did their frozen fresa colada, and I had an oolong milk tea with no sugar and no ice. We both added their tapioca to our drink. Their tapioca is pretty fresh and chewy. Since my drink had no sugar and no ice, there was a fresh tea leaf after taste which I can appreciate. The drink itself is not bad by Mexico standards, but it definitely tasted a bit watered down in terms of lack of milk taste or it not being blended well with the tea. The seal on their drink lids are super cute -- it's a picture of a hippo. Either way, I'd recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for beverages.

Good pearls/boba.
The service is pricing are a disappointment.
I asked many times (in Spanish) for "no ice" and little sugar - one girl kept adding ice with no reaction. And the drink was very, very sweet anyway. They didn't ask me to try and say how was it (easy fix, add more tea).
The worst part is you will be confused with the pricing. The only menu is the printed board where you can't see half of the text/numbers as it wore off. Girls didn't give me any information on the pricing! I ended with $73 pesos. I still don't understand why. The large drink is $45. Did I get a large? (The didn't ask). Then somewhere it says that tapioca is $14. Still doesn't add up. I asked to explain and they were not able to explain.
Basically, $45 is just the pure tea and the rest is the mistery.
If you like your bubble tea sugary - go for it. Boba is great, so it will be a nice drink.

Do NOT come here for boba. The menu is printed very badly making it hard to read. Their blender is weak and just terrible and they only have one blender.

We ordered one taro, one oreo, and one matcha. Because their blender is so low quality (not the powerful kind used for boba places) there were big chunks of ice in our drinks. They only use ice to thicken which made our boba "smoothies" tasteless and watery.

I feel bad for the 2 girls that work there. The owner needs to invest in commercial grade, strong blenders to serve boba drinks with proper texture!

The pearls were ok and the flavors were ok. The prices were very affordable. Those were some positives.

Overall this spot needs some improvements if they want to attract and keep customers.

Really good bubble tea. It will not disappoint. Pearls were not old or too soggy. Not too sweet. Tea was perfect.
