Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your place. This website will compare countless booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the most well known in the area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you will love it I'm sure!

Very hospitable service. Outstanding food. Very nice rooms. Beautiful beach. Fair pricing for what you get. About 45min drive from Cancun International Airport. Not exactly close to tons of activities but not too terribly far away either. I’d consider it a private resort area. Well done.

This resort was beautiful and unlike others we had stayed at previously offering mostly beach front amenities. We loved the lagoon, nature, and bikes however, the beach was slightly inconvenient to get to. The staff is wonderful and they do provide golf cart rides around the clock. It's about a 7 minute ride from the Lagoon to the beach front. OllaTaco is the only place I would consider dining for breakfast or lunch. The hostess and waitstaff were so welcoming and polite and the food AMAZING. I would absolutely recommend the spa!

Beautiful location set in mangroves and canals, with a nice beach and associated pools/restaurants. The buildings are modern and well maintained, but also well built to fit in with the environment and appear low/small. The staff were super helpful and friendly, but also efficient and well versed in their tasks - overall, truly world class. The rooms were spacious, well designed, stocked with useful amenities and touches.

I would definitely stay here again. We had an all-inclusive experience with our convention and it was great! The people/staff were super friendly, the food was great at every restaurant we visited, and the property is awesome! And if you are into golf, the Cameleon golf course was in amazing shape and was so much fun to play. I'd highly recommend this property!

Overall stay was good. The thing that was annoying is that we had to pay a penalty to cancel the second room for our young children. At time of booking, on the photo that we were provided by hotel staff the two rooms looked connected by a private corridor covered and between 2 walls. This was important to us as we mentioned to the hotel that we wanted to keep the doors of the rooms open at night due to the young age of our children (6 and 3). Instead we were given two rooms connected by a corridor that was covered but with one side open next to the en-suite swimming pool which might be dangerous if our 3 year old wakes up at night and decides to dip in the pool. In addition there was a thunderstorm the first night so the kids were scared as we kept the door open due to the open side of the corridor. For that reason we decided to cancel their room and have them sleep in our living room instead. But we had to pay a one night penalty fee for that which doesn’t feel justified given the circumstances.

I could not possibly recommend this place more highly. It is exceptional. I have never met a better, more friendly, or more accommodating staff. And the quality of the food is unmatched. There are so many options, each of which amazing and worthy of trying everything on the menu. My family will absolutely return and I see no need to find any other place to vacation.

A perfect vacation! We have been lucky to travel to many beach resorts over the last 10 years. In my experience, Andaz Mayakoba was easily the best experience. All the staff went above and beyond and it felt like they actually enjoyed their jobs. I hope this means they are treated as well as we were as guests. As someone who suffers from celiac disease, travel can be very stressful and I have had many experiences around the world where I was not taken seriously or eating was complicated. Andaz and all the other restaurants we went to on other properties at Mayakoba were simply astonishing. Any other celiacs out there deserve to feel the complete relief I got to experience for 7 days. Not once did I worry about my food and it was absolutely part of the immense relaxation I felt at Andaz. I will be back, no doubt!
