This was our second visit and we were able to get the same over the lagoon deluxe suite we were in the first time. We were celebrating our anniversary and the amenities they welcomed us with were generous and so special. The butler service, the celebration team who arranged our romantic dinner on our deck was spectacular. The service provided by the pool and beach was definitely first class. Food was amazing! There is no question we will be back

You have truly considered everything necessary to your guests comfort. Your facilities are stunningly beautiful. The food in all the restaurants was excellent. Housekeeping and guests services were perfect. I could go on and on, but what really makes Rosewood Mayakoba a special place are the people who work there. Their concern for my family and kind treatment was sincere and greatly appreciated.

This is Eden! We stayed in a villa on the lagoon with our family for a week. The villa itself was breathtaking—indoor/outdoor showers, a soaking tub..jacuzzi, wading pool and lap pool. The service is absolutely impeccable. The staff anticipates your needs. Our butlers (Carlos and Susanna ❤️) arranged boat rides, snorkeling trips, dinners with mariachi bands at the house, home chef, breakfasts, movie night for the kids, a play tent with a zoo of stuffed animals for the littles..one of the babies had a cold and a selection of medication was delivered along with “get well” balloons! Our needs were anticipated not just addressed. The grounds are beautifully maintained and there was never more than a 3 minute wait for a golf cart to anywhere. On the ride you see brightly colored birds, iguanas and the raccoon-like creatures with tall tails. All a two hour plane ride from Houston…

Rosewood Mayakoba is a very special place and our stay was nothing short of perfection .It’s a beautiful property with incredibly caring staff members that we loved getting to know and who made us feel part of the Rosewood Family. The food was so delicious, the spa was wonderful and the boat rides throughout the property were magical. The restaurants were each special and unique. We met amazing , new friends and truly enjoyed each and every moment of our stay . Gorgeous beach , stunning property and we cannot wait to return ….????????????

The entire experience at Rosewood is first class. No one beats the arrival experience from open air lobby down to the boat ride to your room. The service from top to bottom is special. The staff and team takes every opportunity to make you feel welcomed and is if they all know you personally. The accommodations are unique and quite beautiful. Lots of little extras like poolside treats, special gifts in the rooms, and bicycles make each day special and different. The food program is excellent. We visited all the restaurants, did the Ceiba dinner and even took a cooking class. Really great. Next trip, a round of golf is on the list.

The hotel, the property and the staff were outstanding! First Class all the way from the minute we arrived until the minute we left. The checking in and checking out process was so smooth. Transportation was on time and made sure all of our bags were checked in and walked us each step of the way to make sure didn't not have any issues. Carolos and Oscar were outstanding! They were there when \ever we needed anything. Trip would not have been the same without their guidance! We will definitely be back!

Wow - what an AMAZING experience. I can't say enough good things about our experience at the Rosewood Mayakoba. I am blown away and can't wait to return back! The best vacation I've ever been on. Every detail was meticulously thought out. The staff is like no other you have experienced. Yes, this is a luxury hotel and you are going to pay a premium, but the experience you get in return far out weighs the price (in my opinion). Save up and do it - you won't regret it! You will be treated like royalty - this is how a vacation should be. Rosewood Mayakoba, you have set the bar very very high. Bravo!!
