Beautiful resort with awesome customer service. The message was amazing too! The pool entertainment was lots of fun. All of the entertainment was great and the staff kept us engaged! Kendall went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time! The beach was the only downfall. They tried to stay ahead of all of the seaweed but I only was able to enjoy getting in the ocean one day of our trip. You can't control mother nature. Otherwise, It was a great trip!

Had a great time at the Ocean Maya Royale. Food was good, rooms were nice and the overall vibe was great. The party pool with the bar was super fun if you are in a party mood, and the other big pool is great if you want to hang low. The daily activities in the pool were fun to watch or participate in. Melissa was great at running activities and always around and friendly, she new my name by the time we left. All of the staff was great and made the pool festivities so much fun. I was thinking the beach and water weren't going to be very good here but the water was really nice and there is a beach area in front of the boardwalk and to both sides. I went into the water than my last two Cancun trips. We went the end of September. I'd definitely consider coming back here again and won't be surprised if I do even though I like to mix up my vacation spots and not go to the same place twice.

Spent a week here with a group of friends and we all had a fantastic time. We all stayed in Junior Privilege Suites and the rooms were very nice, spacious and thoroughly cleaned each day. We tried each restaurant in the resort and the food was very good at all of them. The nighttime shows were all very entertaining but, "Rock Show", was the real standout. Each staff member, from reception to housekeeping to wait-staff were very helpful and friendly. The beaches and pool were excellent and it's where we spent most of our days. They have staff on hand to help you plan any excursion you'd like to take. I can't recommend this place highly enough and plan to go back for another wonderful vacation. Thanks for a great week!!!!

I cannot say enough great things about this resort! The food is great u0026 they have an amazing variety. The drinks are delicious u0026 strong (not watered down!). u0026 the atmosphere is just so much fun! Everything is clean u0026 everyone is so nice.

Last night we got to watch our first show u0026 it was just such a great time. We also decided to take the lagoon tour with Elia u0026 it was so so beautiful. Elia went out of her way to make us feel comfortable u0026 even took so many pics of me u0026 my friends in the beautiful water. She has been such a great person to meet here u0026 has made our trip that much better!

10/10 recommend this resort!

We stayed at Ocean Maya for 2 weeks and had a great time!
The food in the different restaurants was good every time and the waiters are super nice and attentive.

Our room was clean and modern and the resort as a whole was very well maintained.

The entertainment at the pool as well as in the evening is really varied and the entertainment team with Eddy, Melissa, cheeky Baby, Alexis, Angel was always in a good mood, funny and cool!

Even in bad weather, which we had due to a hurricane on the Pacific coast, the staff tried to make it as pleasant as possible for the guests.

The hotel was worth the 11 1/2 hour flight from Germany :)

Great atmosphere at the hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and make the experience all the better. The food is good and offers a wide variety to cater to all needs. The entertainment staff are fantastic and really create a feel good factor. Alexis in particular has been amazing and we've throughly enjoyed our time doing different activities. Beach volleyball with the staff is always good fun and competitive. Would certainly return in the future.

Overall, this place is awesome! The entertainment is so great.

Eddy, Alexis, and Vierly made our trip amazing! They are so kind, welcoming, and so much fun. They keep the party going all day.

Also, Antonio and Francisco are the best waiters. They won’t let your drinks go empty.

The only complaint we had was that there were not enough chairs by the beach and pool for all the guests so you have to get up early to save a spot!
